When we launched SpeedCamp, we claimed to have a strength in developing speed and that’s exactly what we have done! Our Three Energy System framework has already helped a significant amount of bowlers increase their speed by 5-20mph+
It’s a robust system that doesn’t rely on guesswork - it’s driven by experience, knowledge, sports science and CARE!
DISCLAIMER: we appreciate that there are a number of factors that contribute to the success of a fast bowler and speed is just one of those factors, but it’s an important one!
