Is this the restyle model of the E11? The oil consumption is a real problem on these? I found a deal on a 2001/03 model with only 90,000 kms. Do you think it's worth it? Or am I going to get in trouble. I'm not a mechanic, so I will have to trust on one.

That noise is your harmonic balancer Sir. When it's old it gets bad .change that and it won't have that noise .When your harmonic Balancer is bad it will throw off all kinds of codes in your obd reader .

When you replace this pulley, does it mean that need to replace all parts includes in service: both belts, water pump, all benders or it posible to change only pulley and get back old parts?!?!

I have a E11 2001' 1.4vvti 4zzfe with 143k km! Oil is 5w30. I even replaced the chain tensioner for a new oem one, but it didnt help. Around 2200f/p when motor is hot enough or if I use A/C, I hear fantastic chain noise :-( Do you have any idea?

It's amazing what a engine mount can do. I thought there was some problem with the motor, vibrating very badly, took me 1 hour but now the car goes smooth. I bought the engine mount on aliexpress for $60 Australian. Here in Australia it costs a fortune. Anyway I'm happy now. Thanks for the video 😊

How long do the vvt camshaft sprocket last before they start to fail? Is it a design flaw?

In the early zz-fe engines the oil return holes in the pistons were too small, toyota revised this in 2003, I change my oil, filters and spark plugs every 15k kms and the engine is as good now as when it was new, I only use Castrol 5w-30 Edge, engine has 266500kms
