In this video, I continue on solving the problem with the DF080 trouble code. In the past, I made a video when I replaced the VVT solenoid.
After I replaced the VVT pulley, the problem is completley solved.
While doing this work, I also replace one AC pipe and put in a new AC dryer along with new gaskets on every piece removed.

Hello Fredrik, I would like to ask for information about the cam shaft locking position during timing belt replacement of Renault K4M engines.
When you replace this pulley, does it mean that need to replace all parts includes in service: both belts, water pump, all benders or it posible to change only pulley and get back old parts?!?!
When i install new vvr pulley, do i have to lock new pulley somehow before install on his place?
How long do the vvt camshaft sprocket last before they start to fail? Is it a design flaw?
Not exactly sure, i think that depends on driving style and how well maintained the car is. But if I would guess, I would say something like 120k-150k kilometers and up.
My clio had a misfire feeling when it goes over 5000 revs. Is this a vvt pulley issue? Or vvt valve?
I don't think so. When the vvt's on these engines gets worn you usually have issues in low rpm and the engine can't idle. Check for worn sparkplugs could be a good 1st step perhaps?
Please when I change the cam dephaser in Megan!! Can you help me for find diagram for timing belt install
car house Do you have the required tools to lock the cams and the crank?
Yes
Take a look at this site: www.renaultforums.co.uk/14-engines/110178-how-timing-belt-k4m-k4j.html#/topics/110178
Please I need to know how to replace crankshaft back oil seal near the gearbox for Renault megane 2005
For starters, you have to remove your gearbox, clutch and flywheel. After that it's pretty stratight forward, remove old seal and put back new seal.

Please I need to know the sequence of work by video ( Automatic gearbox )
Yousif Morsy Sorry i don't have an automatic Mégane with leaking oil seal. I can't produce such a video. And it's no small task. I recommend hiring a workshop for you.
SweTechAuto hahaha Thanks
I can t find the little gap to lock the flywheel with a screwdriver and undo the crankshaft pulley! Any alternative ways??? Plz.🤔😭
Hi, hmm. tough question. It might work if you put it in a high gear, and lock the front brakes with a screwdriver in the air ventilation holes in the brake disks? But I guess that is not an ideal way to do it. Otherwise if you can borrow a strong impact gun and hit it with?
SweTechAuto : thank you very much! I done it! With help of a friend , I lock the flywheel located pass the sump and next to the driveshaft with a screw dr
Driver and while I was locking my friend undue the crank nut . Thank again
Do you have to time the whole timing system before removing the vvt pulley?
I would recommend doing it. It's easier and there is less chanse for failure.
muito ruim este video se fosse pra ouvir musica ligaria um radio colocaria um cd
