Renault Megane 2 Pre Inspection work

Going through my Megane prior to inspection. Replacing a bad tie rod and a bad lower ball joint.
One more thing to do to pass swedish inspection is to fix a troublecode that is throwing a "check emission" message to the dash panel.
I am also looking into another troublecode that may be relevant to why my engine sounds like a diesel engine.

The OEM part number for the camshaft sensor is 8200285798 and the o-ring size is 16x2,5 mm.

Hello
I have a Megane 2003 1.6 16v
On the obd i get p0010
No anormal sounds
Starts ok
But with the engine on
In neutral ( manual)
If i fast press the acceleration pedal (if i pinch)
The rpm goes a little down and then up
From 700 to 500 then goes up normal
If stay with the pedal above 1000 and press it goes up normal
Only with hot engine
With cold engine it stays arround 1000 rpm and when i press the pedal it goes up normal
On the obd when revs goes from 700 down and then up also the timing advanve goes negative and then positive
Also when i take off with first gear it shakes
If i take of with 2nd gear it.s ok

Sounds like you have an air leak in the intake? Try spraying starting gas on intake parts where it could potentially leak. If you get an rpm drop when you spray a specific area, then you have an air leak there.
