LOL/ROFL ... HELL NO! If you used a hack to give yourself more money or gold, or used it to get any item that appears in the inventory then that can be detected by RSG. They do this by checking the game and seeing if you PAID for it using the internal sales system ... yeah, that's right, you left a trail of breadcrumbs you moronic bastards that will ultimately lead to your manipulation of the game save file (online) being flagged as a modded account and that is when they BAN YOUR ASS.
