RDR2: Stealing the Black Female Arabian Horse (the easy way)

The Arabian horse is by far the fastest equine in Red Dead Redemption 2, and can easily outdistance just about any other horse (and its rider) in the game. For those of you who want a superior horse right from the very beginning of the game, there are at least two ways to obtain it. There is a white female Arabian horse up on the northwest shore of Lake Isabella that can be captured and tamed, but that can prove to be tricky if the horse is spooked when it sees you approaching, and even with Cover Scent Lotion applied, the animal may run off. To get that horse, you must first finish the hunting mission with Hosea to unlock the stables and get the free horse brush. After that, you can tame, steal, and sell horses.
The alternative for an easy obtaining of an Arabian horse is to travel to the city of Saint Denis between the hours of midnight and five A.M. and go to the street immediately adjacent to the tailor's store where you will see a horse and landau (buggy). The Arabian horse can appear at any time, but in this video, we hear the clock strike three and it appears. As I said in the narration, mask up, approach, mount, and ride it like it's stolen (which it obviously is), and be prepared for police intervention as the area is heavily patrolled by city flatfoots. You may or may not be recognized, so prepare for a bounty being placed on your head. After escaping, and assuming you want to use the horse as your main, simply transfer your saddle to it and that's it - you break it in like any other horse.
