If i really had to choose 1 between the 2, magic debris is better. Dragon spark is pretty much impossible to cap (even at end game) and the last rebalance (iirc) they nerfed it back to make it trashy again so it’s meh 😂

Hello! I only put preset for V1 > V3 in Will, as I wanted to squeeze in Blink Skill into Page 1 for convenience in Phase 3 of Will, i keep them separate for all other contents & bossing! The only other preset is Mana Burst > V4 > Summon Onyx Dragon > Soul Skill I typically avoid presets for Dragon Breath for better timing control and optimisation, that’s my own preference! V-Matrix: - 4 Tricores (encompasses 2 each of these 6 skills - Dragon Breath, Mana Burst, Magic Debris, Dragon Spark, Summon Onyx Dragon, Dragon Master) - V1 to V4 (Elemental Barrage, Dragon Slam, Elemental Radiance, Spiral of Mana) - Mana Overload - Freud Wisdom - Ethereal Form - Decent Speed Infusion, Sharp Eyes, Hyper Body, Advanced Blessing - Blink Node - Will’s Skill Node (True Arachnid Reflection) - Defence Smash 4 Node Hope this helps!

Thanks fellow evan buddy! Grats on your 2 clears too! Good point on not precasting summon onyx dragon skill, definitely works for P1 in keeping DS4 sync, always counterintuitive to cast later but definitely better for Will since it prevents us from recasting before 14:00. The hitting of that shell in Phase 1’s segment test was my mistake too haha, muscle memory 🤣 Managed to do better for my 2nd clear ytd! Phase 2 seems better now for keeping in sync with DS4 but Phase 3 still a little challenging for me now due to me still stealing pin a few times which survival + double jumping to avoid knockback is more key (may consider going back to dragon master in these scenarios haha, will try again) Still a challenging boss for us gameplay wise since all our attacks pretty much direction based, made some mistakes in casting the wrong direction under direction key reversal debuff post knockback 😂 but i guess for now squeezing in 3000b makes me happy alr 🥳 Hope we get buffed soon!

谢谢！🙏🏻 美国的龙魔导师也过关啊哈哈！ 但是龙魔战威尔真的是比较少，真遗憾！ 只有在威尔里，我才把V3和V1技能放在一起。这是因为技能盘太满了，为了把”Blink”技能也放在第一篇，我只好把V3和V1技能放在一起。因为在威尔的第三关卡时，在威尔使用”黄眼睛”时，我能快速地使用”Blink”技能把自己移去威尔中间来躲避。魔术师的血量太低了所以只好玩的比较保守一些！ 在打其他的王时，我没有把V3和V1的技能放在一起，单放对我来说比较好，因为能控制得比较好，也比较不会出差错！

Hello! If it’s combat points wise, think that’s a misleading stat nexon uses haha, since it’s more scaled by stats like HP, Crit Rate etc and differs greatly between classes

Really late reply, but yes meta is currently on MDC and the newly introduced IED (Def Ignore Rate), Chaos exalt on weapon only adds Raw MA/PA and Crit Dmg stat which is not very substantial so ideally that’s the last thing one would need to do in terms of “priority”. Meta hasn’t shifted to justify prioritising chaos exalt on weapon so it’s a “QOL” kind of upgrade, tho i eventually did it over few months from own self crafted fodders and from subs resources! Cost wise, really depends on how fast one is “rushing” to reach end game, and on overall rng. For my eq, back then in the earlier days it started from getting done/almost done high 40s-50 necros when radiant exalt was more accessible and from the ppl quitting the game so didn’t had to suffer from rng and prices better when ppl are trying to liquidate their gears asap. So main cost of upgrades to get to current end game was self crafting all the absos + chaos exalt (no one were selling done eq) which was the costlier option but thankfully overall rng is still better than nexon’s % rate, the higher end of the numbers are about there fortunately/unfortunately.. 😂 But tbh, don’t need perfect eq to do end game bosses, and meta changes so no point perfecting/min-max every line or stat and do it within own timeline & budget! Skills on mastering the class for survival and maximizing dps seems a better skill to have which i enjoy to do better as an Evan, or i would have alr long left this game too 😂

Hello! Yes actually i agree with the DS3/DS4 swap strategy as what is done for Culvert! However i decided not to use it in Mu Lung because: 1) the HP of Mugong isn’t thick enough (ironically) to fully maximise the uptime of the ignore def and to ensure every single line of V2 & V3 has ignore def up (may have some risk when switching back from ds3 > ds4 after and having 1-2s delay or downtime). 2) Also has a higher margin of user error hahaha so i decided to play it safer by forgoing the extra dmg from wb + mana with some IED at the start in return for ensuring 100% uptime of IED when using v2 + v3 + mb burst up as early as possible. 3) If Mugong not binded or Freud Wisdom Stage 6 Invincibility not up, there’s risk involved with dying from Mu Gong’s attacks since 44-45 i dun waste time repositioning my char to a safe location to ensure safe switching of ds3/ds4. Also, to ensure mu gong never ever casts dmg reflect which screws timing up badly unless i have full 15s of freud invincibility to work with! Essentially just playing it safe so i can just do 1x good one for the week and shut off for the rest of the week too hahaha

Hello! Replied you on skill rotations in the other comment on Mu Lung video i think! As for presets, i try to avoid presets as much as possible because i feel there is some delay in combo skills when there are presets. So only preset i’m forced to use is Mana Burst > Summon Onyx Dragon. Eventually when v4 - spiral of mana drops, i’ll preset it to the one above too, i.e. spiral of mana > summon onyx dragon > mana burst

Hello for bossing generally the rotation i do for Evan is as follows: 1. Before boss spawns, activate return dive buff + cast return flame on the floor. Summon Onyx Dragon wherever boss may spawn so can get a good spot with DOT dps from 1st sec of boss spawning. 2. Cast v3 > v2 fusion then spam mana burst (i preset mana burst + summon onyx dragon tgt) 3. When v2 fusion ending, cast return to activate v2 ludicrous speed for DOT dps 4. Cast 1 wind breath + mana burst and wait for v2 dragon slam to refresh cooldown 5. Cast Dragon Slam then cast Return shortly after to reactivate ludicrous speed. 6. Cast Wind Breath (usual one with delay - 2.5s dragon breath then click wind circle) + spam mana burst, and wait till v2 fusion cooldown ready. In each 5s wind breath cycle, rmb to cast return flame at the end to animation cancel to minimize delay in next wind breath cycle. 7. Cast v2 again as per Step 2 asap when cooldown of v1 is up. (This should sync with your ds4 timing usually if done correctly and boss doesn’t go invincible mode). 8. Repeat everything again from Step 3 and continue again for the next “30s window”. FYI: Next v3 timing is subjective to boss, just make sure it’s not wasted (e.g. casting when boss unable to be attacked or invincible) as we only have 20s window to activate it.

Would need to clear normal damien / hard damien to exchange coins for stigma fragments to alchemy a stigma armor crystal (100 frags/400 coins) or stigma weapon crystal (150 frags/600 coins)

If you’re able to land critical hits 99.99% of the time in content with fair trade & food buffs, then i would think going for full 8CD would give a better edge since certain lines are especially difficult to cap generally (e.g. dragon spark, magic debris, ADI hyperstat), and when MDC increases in the future, CD would probably reap more benefits to help hit cap since skill dmg of main evan lines are decent but not insanely high (e.g. wind breath, mana burst, v2) Personally i’m 6CD-2BA but that’s cos it’s from the era before nexon reworked the crit rate formula and emblems probably wouldn’t matter that much in current meta so i just kept it as such!

Definitely costly to upgrade at the highest level, but making good use of many subs to boss diligently & make fodders over a period of time should still be the most cost efficient option! Ultimately still rng so within own means and time!

Typically i only use Earth Breath, Dragon Master, v2 fusion and mana burst for AB!

Hope it’s not too late! Evan would need these 6 skills for trio boost nodes: 1. Mana Burst 2. Dragon Breath 3. Summon Onyx Dragon 4. Magic Debris 5. Dragon Spark 6. Dragon Master So you would need 4 tricores that encompasses all these 6 skills ideally, so 2 for each skill, no more no less!

Long due reply! Was away from the game for a while till the last quarter of 2023, we’ve managed to clear damien since Oct 2023! Have clocked about 7-8 clears already!
