Part 4 of my Spirit tour series - Made a mistake in the disclaimer - I meant to say I built the INTERIOR myself - the ship hull is just the official holoviewer model than I gave some textures!

Just re-watching and thinking that those pod-like structures at 7:47 and 8:55 look about the right size for suit lockers. Bio-hazard suits confirmed? 😆
Nice work, your vid make me decide to pick Galaxy i have a dream of Combat galaxy, Galaxy with torpedo module which have 20-30 size 5 torpedo or the bomb bay which can drop small small bomb like A1 spirit, that will be cool. hope they think of it. :3

wow, did you make this model yourself in blender or is it avaliable somewhere?
@@Dwiimor I made the interior myself, the exterior is the official holoviewer model.
I wonder if it would fit a Vulture..... would be a GREAT salvage base with the cargo module...
@@simonbinder3551 hey, check out the Galaxy refinery video on my channel, I put one in there! Answer is - you can maybe get one in partially to restock to take out the boxes or eat something, but it does not fit completey, which means you can't quantum (cause the doors have to close).
To me the cargo module seems the most versatile of all, it might not have the refining ability, but it can still carrye the ore tk a refining point, it may not have dedicated medical beds, but it can park one or more nursas inside.
Is anyone else bothered that the VTOL thrusters are not in the center of mass? It looks really imbalanced.
@@serenedevil6798 visually absolutely, but at least there are fixed downward thrusters jn the front, so it should be more balanced than it looks
Doesn’t bother me. Tho the Valkiery does have big vtol at the front and back, which looks better. Still this ship looks amazing imo

I hope there's more than one entrance to it... Good thing CIG made a statement regarding the pilot having access to the side S4 guns when there is no copilot/gunner.
Although it was not on the silhouette teaser, this ship doesnt have any new mechanics. So it should be fairly easy to develope and finish

The Paladin has one of the worst interior designs imo. It could have been a drop ship, bottom area could be cargo for piracy, so much more could have been done. I also think this ship will be nerfed after release because of the weapons loadout.
CIG can't have that, they saw what happened with the Corsair and said "never again"
So how did you manage to build the entire ship and it takes these fuckers 10 years to build mine?
With the new ships that have come out this years it so obvious how poorly armed the Valkyrie is. It needs size 4s for the pilot and missiles. It’s crazy that the Zeus CL has more firepower for the pilot.
Yeah and there’s precedent for dropships being well armed. the cutlass steel, prowler, vanguard hoplite are all smaller dropships yet have pretty decent pilot weaponry
Ground floor in Europe is what the US calls First floor. In Europe normally a 1st floor is above ground level, with the ground floor being zero. I've had this problem a lot when playing tactical games with my US friends :D Excellent video as usual! Thanks!

the turret does move on rails. You can see it on the concept art. One picture has it moved to the lower position.

@@AtlasRandGaming If they are physically accesible, I would assume in the first big room in the back, lower deck.
Will this hold cargo in those empty spaces like the new tiny ship that cargo goes down to put it in?
@@shadowgaminghd1115 Don't think so. We walked around the interior at some point in the stream and the rooms are a lot smaller that they look on the concept. Also no real access for bigger boxes.
@ I saw but I mean where the engines go back from those spaces look perfect size for some cargo like the new crusader small ship that asymmetrical

I love your work, keep it going. With your skills you can work at a game in between Star Citizen and Star Atlas, what star citizen s missing and I like at Star Atlas is the marketplace. it would be nice if players own there items and sell it or buy it whenever they want.
The only reason to not own this ship is because they fucked the redeemer so hard that they will probably do the same with the Paladin sometime in the near future so... I am not buying it lmao

amazing work getting that done so fast. Any resources you recommend on youtube for learning blender?
@@tim-jim760 hmm, not really, "Blender Guru" might be the most famous for starters, but I learn better by just looking for the basics and then trying it out myself, so I don't really know many good tutorials
I could easily see this get nerfed in gun size but i think its a competitor to the corsair and connies more than anything. Simular missile loadouts and guns. Its a more focused bounty ship from what i see with it. Armored with a small crew and good top and bottom guns. Think about the bounty hunter in the Movie riddick who try and hunt him down. small crew ship. so far this is the best for that role i have seen in this game. Just needs some containment cells.
i love it, was a huge fan of the valkyrie style, i expect it will throw globs of plasma like no other ship its size, cuz why the hell not, and valkyrie engine sounds were nice too, im sure they'll use similar audio for it, definitely picking this ship up.
I bought this with credit so i can fly something big from anvil while i wait another 10 years for my Crucible. so sad this new concept will be flyable before my crucible. That aside, this is what i would call a true heavy fighter. its a THICC hornet. but its bigger then a vanguard so its now a gunship. this would have been a cool ship to add the Carracks tie fighter style vtol/landing gear/turrets on to the wingtips. maybe larger ships from anvil will have that.
The rear “door” is probably just a quantum drive component door or something

It won’t fit in a Polaris lol. This is slightly longer than a Valkyrie. Much Taller and Much Wider.

The Drake Vulture barely fits, and thats 33 meters in length. The Anvil Paladin is at 53 meters, so sadly, it will not fit.

When this is added, Orison *really* needs landing pads in the "city" itself, so VIP passengers don't have to go through the tram system and space port to get to their transports. Would make it great for 85X owners too, when you could just fly down and park.
Good idea, but how would you solve the no fly zone issue? How to keep people from just crashing into the commercial district?
@@ace_tristPWN I don't know. I'm not a (video) game designer, so I have no real-world solutions to that. Maybe once reputation and security are in like they should and they mean something, we don't need any bespoke solution, and the existence of security is enough. If Orison is patrolled by fifteen hundred heavy fighters and they shoot crashers on sight without question? I don't know. Just from a world and lore perspective that would be ideal. In the real world, you don't force CEOs and other VIPs to go through bus rides and queue up to terminals.

My only question is: what will it be like when the is no modules? A big open space? Void? Walls?
That is answered in the FAQ and I show it in the first part of the 4 videos - it's an "empty space", that you can still traverse as usual and could put stuff in, but no cargo grids
