Im going through this right now. Same issues. There is power to one side of the relay on the fuse box on the firewall. Replaced relay and still same thing. There is a 10 amp ac clutch fuse that has no power to the whole thing. Full charge in the system. Clutch still wont engage even with defrost on to pull moisture out with no ac the windows will fog up. Found one video that there may be an engine code for the hvac doors under the dash being out of whack. This will shut the whole ac system down which make sence for @cesartueros5570 pulling his fuses and battery is perhaps recycling the ecu.

That's decent money..the keyboard warriors saying that Landstar's cut is too high don't know their asses from their elbows. The Landstar trailer you used is part of that 35%..back office (fuel tax reprting, IFTA, load factoring) is part of that same 35%. Pop 2 tires on a trailer you personally own, and do a road call and see if that 35% doesn't seem like a bargain because you didn't come out of pocket on the repairs..👀 I get more loads in by doing a good amount of drop/hook direct freight loads that pay well. From one BCO to another...welcome to the money! 🦾

Hey, I don't know if you already figured this out but I'm telling you as a person that has a 680 and it's been through this a few times. I simply pull out the fuse underneath the the dash, the five amp fuse for the AC blower you pull it out. You put it back in and voila AC starts working again. I'm not sure what it is. I've been thinking of seeing about changing out the sensor the temperature sensor, but regardless this always fixes it for me. It happens with enough frequency that I'm thinking of putting a switch on that fuse so I don't have to dig around cuz I be forgetting which one it is but it's the five amp one that says AC blower. I wish I knew the exact number right now off the top of my head. I don't. Let me know if you got it fixed and you figure this out or if it started working on its own but this always fixes it. I learned this from another person with a t680

Always when possible, if your not near your personal hometown mechanic, hit the dealer,, they gonna fix it without guessing like some of these Speedcos do , anything outside of preventative maintenance I go to dealer

Sadly your probably going to need whole compressor and clutch assembly. Getting just the clutch could be difficult and take to much time.

Happen to me. Your a/c compressor is probably good but the clutch is out. Hard to find just the clutch so you’ll have to buy a new compressor

Tap on the a/c compressor while on see if the clutch try engage

Most mechanics now days are just parts changers, change parts until get it right...
