Thank you, fixed my loop signal error - Your the first place I come anytime I have issue with my 430x.

I did this but it said “loop signal not changed” so I still have a green light on but “no loop signal”. Any ideas?

Brilliant video, I have solved a parking / charging problem thanks to your excellent video. I used the multi meter on the docking station all was fine, even had correct voltage on the blade terminals, the give away was no beep from the mower when manually parking it on dock, it was the 450x burnt out connect just inside the mower body, swapped that, and everything is fine. Thanks to you guys. 😊😊😊

Just fixed mine, FYI..Grass buildup on inside of protector plate seemed the issue

Hi, good thing. I am thinking if i can apply bigger power supply ro the station and bigger battery into a automower for longer cutting? I have 305 and 10hs of work a day it is too short. Efficiency 600m2 it is a dream. I need longer cutting time but no longer charging time during a day work. Thx

Hi, I keep receiving the 'charging system problem' error on my 330X. In spring it appeared at low temperatures. Letting the mower mow by pulling it out of from the dock it mows well and after returning it recharged and mowed. But now the error appears constantly and the mower does not leave the station (although after pulling it out it mows but returns for a recharge and the error shows right at 99% or 82% and it stops). I have noticed in the hidden Info menu that the battery 2, when docked and charging, shows interesting pattern. It charges approx 2400 2500 or even 2600, but then current starts to drop and the voltage raises at the same time. When the voltage reaches approx 25.5... 26.5V the charging system error is shown. I pull the robot out and then back, the robot starts charging reaching current over 4000 again and then similarly starts dropping and voltage rises. When over 25.5 or so and the current closer to 0 the error pops up again. Should I change the battery? any other hints? Voltage at the dock is 27.5 constantly, although slightly below 28 I guess that is good, and something in the robot keeps the charging system problem to appear

Hi do you have any advice on how to do this on an Easilife Go 500. I'm experiencing issues with mine. I've tried a new battery and a new charging cable but it has not fixed the problem. So I'm wanting to dismantle the charging station. Any knowledge on this model? Cheers

Good morning, I have a 330x robot and high voltage at home above the 240v set by the charger, it peaks at 255 per cent, I assumed that this would cause a breakdown in the transformer charger, but what happens is that it kills the batteries. Has anyone had this happen to them? Can batteries die from high voltage? thank you very much

Like always, very nice content ! However, I am surprised that you don’t talk about alternatives like Meanwell power supply, cheaper and a LOT better in quality. OEM power supply is very bad and super expensive… (430x owner since 2017).

I was changing my battery and the part you commented on with the spring and ears was laying in the body of the mower. Do you have instructions on installing that part?

Thanks man, learned a lot from you! Laste months i've got a real head-breaker... The Automower (420) stops randomly en it looks like there is a magnetic field in the gras... It stops like the wires are in the middle of the field, but there are no wires there... Any thoughts about that? I tried to make the field smaller (it's like 50m by 70m and changed it to 25m to 40m) and sometimes the 'magnetic field' is solved... But i can't get my finger on it.... Maybe some broken sensors or something?

If I replace the original battery with an OEM one, will I still need to take it to a dealer to get it working again? I’ve replaced it and it’s fully charged now, but it’s requiring a firmware update, but won’t update when I press the “update” button in the app. It’s telling me “Mower is stopped. Please press start on the mower.”…despite the START button being engaged.

Hello Robotic Mower Service. Thanks for some great videos. I have a Husqvarna 310, 4 years old. It cannot find the guide wire. I have measured 4 Ohms on the guide wire and the green lamp in the docking station lights up constantly. I have changed the PCBA LOOP print to a new one. 310 still cannot find the edge delimiter (guide wire). Any guesses as to what's wrong? Regards, Chris Florentin, Denmark

I have used Robotic Motor Services many times over the past few years, from replacing sensors and defective wheel motors, to testing charging and many others. I wonder if the PCBs have any conformal coating that would prevent moisture to actually "touch" the copper or metallic parts. If not, giving them a good conformal coating with an spray may prevent any future surprises. If they are already coated I suppose it was either too much water or the coating wore out. Shouldn't the transformer voltage be measured under load? In the example of the wrong transformer I would assume that it's output voltage will drop when it's under load (when the mower is in the docking station and charging.) Another thing puzzling me is how they deal with the power consumption of the electronics in the mower. I have a 405X that has a 1300mA power adapter. The reading of the current says it's only charging with 1016mA. I put an amp meter between the wire to one of the charging contacts and it gave me a reading of 1279mA. So the adapter got replaced, the charger pcb got replaced and now the battery got replaced. The problem is still there. (The charging contacts on both mower and charging station are cleaned) I assume the problem is in the mower as that's giving a reading of -230mA battery current at standstill. So, 1016mA + 230mA = 1246mA which is close to what I was reading with my meter. There is just no one who can tell me what current I should expect on a 405X when idling. I noticed in one of your video's that the smaller models (likely without communication and gps module draw around 90 - 130mA). Maybe the current draw of the electronics is already compensated for by the software? The charging wires go directly to the battery, so the current is measured by a pcb that is part of the battery and is transferred digitally to the main board over canbus.

I don’t have any error messages. Charging station board was replaced last month. Mower seems to be struggling to find the station and I’ve observed it climbing all over the thing without docking. All wire voltages seem ok but I do have about 3.5ohms in both loop and guide wires. I know for sure I have some joins in both wires were they have been damaged in the last. Installation is 6+ years old. What should I’d do please?

I'm ordering a charging harness from your website today to replace the original, since I found corrosion in the wire that was causing issues whenever the mower would dock.

315x Charging station 28V. Put mower in charger I hear 2 chirping sounds. Pull mower out a little to test mower contacts. I still get 28v on mower. Screen says "Mower Blocked 5 min count down. Gets to 3 mins says" mower shutting down" screen goes dead. Bought mower as second owner. However, it has never been used. Appreciate any help!

I bought a Luba 2 and Orion X7 Plus and tested them side by side this summer 2024. The Luba 2 software is more refined by early September 2024, opposite what I thought I would see. The Luba has a much more robust satellite RTK system. The Orion X7 lost signal more often and easily. I have a plush / thick lawn of Kentucky Bluegrass mowed at 3" in height. The Orion X7 would not mow well leaving uncut blades all over the lawn. I tried all mower speed settings and mow width settings with poor results. The Luba 2 cut much better. I contacted customer support before purchasing the Orion X7 with several questions on the mower's abilities. They basically lied about how close the mower will mow against edging and walls. After collisions with walls, falling off the street curb, customer service told me not to program closer than 6" to any boundary. Where is their advertised centimeter level accuracy? The Orion leaves strips of un-cut grass between zones. Customer service said that was a known issue. The Orion does turn sharper than the Luba 2. I do not think the Orion X7 is ready for purchase yet. The claim to have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, but they will not honor that.
