How To Create A New Loop Signal & Pair A 520, 520H, 550, 550H, 435X, & 535AWD Automower w/ Charger

In this video we show tye process for creating a new loop signal for Husqvarna 520, 520H, 550, 550H, 435X, and 535AWD models of Automowers. Creating a new loop signal is how the mower is paid to the charging station so that it recognizes the signal being sent through the boundary wire by the charging station. This process is typically performed when the mower is brand new or if the complete charging station, the charging station circuit board, or mowers main board is replaced. If the mower is not paired to the charging station you will get a no loop error message from the charging station even if the charging station has a solid green LED. Another instance where a new loop signal would need to be created is after the mower is returned from the dealer after being serviced. In many cases the dealer will pair the mower to their charging station to test certain features and sensors. The mower will then need to be paired again to its original charging station in the working area.
