I'm a size 80 O. Smaller chest than what people usually have considering the volume of my breasts. I live in Sweden and here the it's very hard to even get my cup size, let alone my my chest size. I have also come to the conclusion that I simply have to make my own, but no wires (since they don't make them in my size)

Proper style. Modern clothes/fashion 'designers' just don't have the education or knowledge of techniques to design well hanging stylish clothes anymore. You look great in them. I have recently retired and I was never into style as such. However recently I have started wearing elegant clothes. I have some Brocade and gold Jacquard weave waistcoats and they look fantastic. I am growing a goatee beard with understated handlebar moustache. I'm beginning to look quite dapper and the difference it makes to the way people interact with you is amazing. Keep up the great work.

I'm a size 85E. I used to avoid foam-filled bras because I associated them with push-up bras. I tried one during my teenage years, and I felt like my boobs looked two sizes bigger. For many years, I avoided them until one day, a lady at the lingerie store literally forced me to try on a foam bra. To my surprise, it didn’t make my boobs look bigger, and it was actually more comfortable than regular fabric bras. Ever since then, I've been wearing foam bras, and they make my boobs look smaller and more lifted. Now, I can't wait to try designing my own! I wonder if, with the added lift, the choice of shape matters. I guess the only way to find out is to try! thank you for the tutorial, do you think you will later upload the full version of the bra construction process ?

Looks fabulous, love the pockets! I find a bias strip facing works best for hemming circle skirts. The bias can be steamed so that one side flares whilst the other shrinks, which allows it to take up the difference between the two circumferences. The huff from your studio assistant made me laugh! Hemming a circle skirt takes time!

Just found you and delighted by your content and aesthetic. Could you share where your fabrics and trims are from? Silk charmeuse seems very difficult to source in the uk, grateful for any tips! Given that this is aimed beginners, I’d recommend to anyone unfamiliar with the process to work with an inexpensive lightweight polyester stain or even a light viscose crepe for your first attempts. Silk fabrics are absolutely the way to go once you’ve got a well fitting pattern and some experience with the necessary sewing skills, but silk can be very expensive and mistakes and adjustments are inevitable at the beginning. Sew a couple of ‘wearable’ toilets in cheaper fabrics first: if they fit okay you can still wear them, and if it turns out the first ones don’t fit you’ve not wasted a lot of precious silk!
