17 So Many Mysteries, So much Adventure! Fallout 4 Modded Blind Playthrough
Greetings Vault Dweller!
This is a 95% blind playthrough of Fallout 4! This is a modded playthrough where I mostly enhanced the visuals such as textures and enb. Full disclosure, I've looked through the perk tree and I have an idea on the route I want to take. I'm going to play a pistol build fully taking advantage of the VATS system. Its a Fallout game right! V.A.T.S is a thing in this game, so I'm wondering if I can recreate a pseudo netrunner type experience from Cyberpunk 2077-- open scanner, load up hacks, watch the enemy melt. I can see something like that with the VATS system. I'll have to see how viable that is in this game and adjust as I go.
I am completely blind when in comes to the story and the world of Fallout 4. I bought this game probably a year after it was originally released. I played it for an hour just mostly messing around and then put it down. I don't remember what distracted me, probably modding Skyrim, but I had always meant to come back to it. So here it is! A mostly blind modded playthrough of Fallout 4.
I'm looking forward to exploring this world, to meet it's characters and experiencing the stories within.

Oh god he found the spray and pray. That is the most broken weapon in the game. Okay so, here is my way of making caps in the waste land. I take on a companion and I gather all the weapons while I am doing quests. Then if I have room, I take on all junk components. If you have a backpack mod that is more weapons. From my own anecdotal research here is the following: -Assualt weapons -Combat weapons -Institute laser weapons -Laser weapons -Pistols -Pipe weapons Then you sell everything to the point where you are taking just the amount in their bank or more if you need ammo. You continue doing this and you will get a ton of caps. This tier list isn't for using weapons, but selling weapons as Institute weapons are inferior to laser weapons.
@@I_Punch_Demons hey Punch. Thanks for the advice! That tier list is bet useful!
@jtsgaminghijinx can you do a tutorial for the same modpack but for the normal skyrim?
Finished watching this episode and heard you say the mirelurk hatchlings look like sand flees and that is what I have always thought as well. I live in WA and many of our beaches have them. Oh, and I am impressed that you have played all the Bethesda games. 😆
@@nealderiggi3945 I heard there really good bait, and if you get enough soft shelled ones, they taste like crab. I’ve played all the main Elder scrolls games and fallout 3.
Dude, psycho jet is amazing, way better than plain ol jet, very useful. That spray and prey is a super legit weapon. Definitely worth considering on another playthrough! It's not super important to do the railroad questline, but it would benefit YOU greatly if you did. I don't live on the east coast anymore, I grew up there but now I live in the Midwest, and I've never had a paw paw no, sorry for the disappointment 😂. Definitely collect all of the ballistic fiber you come across. You will thank yourself, I promise. One of the followers you will want is a part of the railroad questline, just so you know. It's pretty easy to get sidetracked in downtown Boston 😆, keep on rockin' with your bad self bro!
@@appalachiansapper12b64 thanks for the tips. I really want to try spas paw but they are top perishable for cultivation. Only way to get them is Togo and pick them yourself. Or get lucky at a farmers market. They grow in the Midwest and the eastern side of the US. With the amount of looting I’ve been doing, I hope I’ve got a good bit in storage.
FINALLY! He finds a town. Yes City of Boston is packed with places and people to kill. It is non stop action. Fanuel Hall, you missed going on the roof. there is a golden statue you find that has a note for some treasure. Golden Grasshopper quest. But find diamond city. Goodneighbour and Diamond city unlock 3 new companions ultimately. Lotsa shit to do quests goleor. Do diamond city first tho.
Some unmarked locations you will find interesting: Charleston Laundromat, near where the old USS constitution was, near the waterfront. Good source of Abraxo ans other junk used for crafting. Also a house wherin you find a nice mini quest involving ghouls and brainfungus and glowing fungii. The city of Boston and its districts are chock full of little places and unmarked locations. In my playthrus i tend to "farm" certain spots. But then i really love crafting and modding shit, so thats me....
@@tedzaleschook one of the things I would of done different is not of went all i on idiot savant. A lot the crafting perks are locked being int. When I came into this game, I have this vision of entering a an area popping vats and mowing everything down with head shot crits with pistols. I like crafting, I just didn’t want to build every wall every shelf and such. I’m going to go as deep as I can with Chen’s and food. I’m going to put together a buying/selling set leveraged with grape mentats for maximum profit too.
@@jtsgaminghijinx It is a pity then that you wont leverage your CHA, by putting some points into it. Not only does good CHA help with speach checks for getting more info and money but your CHA level increases the number of settlers you get at your towns. it is a base 10 Plus your cha. You already know that the higher your cha the better prices you get buying and selling. Thing about INT, is that the higher the Intelligence you have the more XP you gain by doing everything. Even tho idiot savant kicks in less when your INT is higher it kinda offsets a bit because you gain more xp over all when it does. It is not irredeemable, your character has no actual level limit and the game does not have a finite ending. Once you have completed the main questlines there is still more to do, depending on what DLC you have, and how long you want to keep your character running.
" I dont want to gain levels by crafting XP" BLASPHEMY! HERESY! Dude you are making me grind my teeth! One of the reasons some of us have been pushing you to find the big settlements is so that you can merchants from whom you can BUY resources you need, that you can then craft and turn into money. Jet is pretty cheap to make, and gives you a great cost effective for money reward. You need to buy ammo alot since you refuse to put a point or two into scrounger, a perk that gains more ammo in looting, and you donot want a high CHA score. Or a high Int score which would help alot with getting science and chem and scrapping. Which could also gain you money. Crafitng is a big chunk of this game be it armor, weapons chems cooking or simply building shit. i all my playthrus I tend to beome one of the biggest chem dealers around....I actively search for chems, BUY them from dealers when i can to craft into other chems which i resell. In a sense my caps are buying me XP.
@@tedzaleschook breathe my brother lol. Remember this is a blind Playthrough. I’ll get there. I had to start somewhere. I started from a preconceived premise that I now have to adapt from. If I knew what I know now, I probably would have went with a different approach in a lot of ways. A short if I’m disappointing you my dude.
@@jtsgaminghijinx I'm just funning ya.
YOU MISSED A BOBBLE HEAD AND A MAGAZINE! Mr Observant! They are both in the area where you killed Slab. Yes Pickman is a psychopath who preys on raiders. IF you had bothered to locate Good Neighbour you would have been able to get a quest to go scout Pickman's Gallery. Oh well. Oh you can talk to Capt Ironsides again if you like in his new home. Just for funzies. The talk to bobbie quest AND the Silver Shroud quest originate from Goodneighbour too. As do about 8 or so quest in Diamond City. Plus each of these places has several merchants. GO FIND some towns. PS the silver Shroud quest is AWESOME. It is really a hoot. Really bethesda did this game right. Starfeild was a crushing disappointment in comparison.
@@tedzaleschook what!!?!? Son of a… blarg. Thanks for the heads up about the bobble heads. Good neighbor, Roger that! I hear ya, why the F did they cut out the world exploration aspect of Starfield. That’s what makes their games amazing! And I have a feeling a ChatGPT or similar thing used for a lot of their writing. Thanks Ted!
@@jtsgaminghijinx Aaaand you also missed a magazine on the USS Constitution. I think it is in the Capts quarters you got assigned, on the table I but I am not 100 positive. It's a sneak magazine. Oh and i think you can score Capt Ironsides hat off him too. Go back and talk to him again, mebbe. Frustrating thing is there are some nifty little mini quests and such the game does not direct you too or tell you about. For example once you have set up trading shops in your towns, you can recruit certain traders to come work for you that have exceptional inventories. some will have a unique Item or two like you saw in Bunker Hill. Another thing, you randomly can find bodies with notes on them directing to to a special stash fo chems, caps scrap or a gun at a random location. Oh, fun fact you can farm certain locations as stuff and creatures respawn after an in game week or so. That cave under red rocket near Sanctuary periodically refills with loot and fungus you use to make radaway and mentats via the chem station.
@ Dagnabit! I’ll take another look in the capt quarters. And I’ll need to keep an eye out for those special merchants! Thanks Ted.
@@jtsgaminghijinx Ya met one of them already, Smiling Larry the gun dealer. You need a certain population size for a settlement to convince them to join you via the dialogue tree. Your shops have 3 categories the largest and only ones worth bothering with are emporiums , are the best suited for these merchants to work for you. Every day yer shops will earn you cash. Any settler can be assigned to a shop. BUT you have yer special settlement mod that fucks with all that. Normally you need CHA 6 and two perks in local leadership to craft shops and workbenches. These also work towards settlement happiness. It seems the settlement mod robs you of alot of crafting XP. but You're you,
@ I gotta be meee! What else can I be what who I ammm! 😎😎😎
There's another pistol you can get as a quest reward that is just insane on vats use, *small hint* it comes from doing the railroad quests. But there are a few good rewards that come from doing the railroad quest line, I highly recommend doing them. When it comes to tankbots and sentry bots, use vats to target their fusion cores. Also having that penetrator perk under perception will help a ton with those shots. Even though I prefer to use guns in this game, melee is absolutely legit, for real. It's pretty OP. Dogmeat is a boy. He was modeled after a dog one of the game creators had. Unfortunately, that dog passed away a few yrs ago. I'm a dog guy. So I love all dogs! Rock on with your badself my dude!
@@appalachiansapper12b64 railroad quests you say… that’s the bread crumb quest got from the bar in bunker hill. Roger that! Penetrator is on my road map!
Wow thanks for the shout-out. Cabot runs deeper than it seems in the beginning. Keep going. 😎
There is an AP drop off that comes with the recon scope. The reflex sight gives you the best bang for your buck with shots in vats, but that recon scope is pretty nice. It marks enemies on your compass for you, which is more useful in survival mode. The extra limb damage applies to headshots as well. On your next playthrough, I would definitely do rifles. Then you can use shotguns as well! That legendary was in the room to the right on the bottom floor. "stabilized" is an awesome mod!
@@appalachiansapper12b64 I knew I wasn’t crazy! That’s where my ap went! Thank you! I can see that scope being awesome when doing a no vats Playthrough. That’s what I thought but the body was gone. Stabilize eh?
Hokay the Cabot questline is REALLY GOOD. Some interesting lore, some nifty stuff at the end of it and a big Moral Decision for you to make. Speaking of Aliens, YES, you should track down that thing you saw fly overhead when you hit level 20. It is a triggered event. Only kicks in after you hit level 20, I will give a hint for that because it can be hard to find. Check the area near Beantown Brewery, yer looking for a cave. Other notes The railroad is the third of 4 factions in the game you will have to deal with them eventually. You really ought to go to Diamond City. And find Goodneighbour too. Interesting quests, lotsa merchants and stuff to find.
@@tedzaleschook good stuff. I’ll look into beantown brewery! Lol my brothers been telling me I need to get to diamond city too
Dude that weather mod REALLY NEEDS TO BE TONED DOWN,. CAN YOU HEAR ME? HELLO?
@@tedzaleschook lol I know right!

@@alexmastro3571 lol what?!?
So you got me hooked to play Fallout 4 again. I spent my last days starting a fresh game based on your mod loadout and character build. Really fun to play luck and perception centered. I got lucky fairly early on. A raider dropped a modded 10mm pistol with a very high DPS. So I am almost overpowered. Btw. if you max out a stat and only after pick up a bobble head you can get it to 11 instead of 10. First time doing Sim Settlements also. Much better than the vanilla settlement system. FallUI is still a nice one, in particular the inventory management. Makes the Pip-Boy much more handy. Another small mod I like is Ugly Radroaches. Just a retexture, but I like the look. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your play style.
@@andreasschaufler that’s awesome! I love the weapon and armor modding in this game. Stripping mods from weapons and the legendary randomness keeps me excited to see what drops. I’m going to check out fallui and ugly radiates! Thanks Andrea!
Hokay you really ought to head into Diamond City. You find piper and eventually Nick. You also find a bunch of quests, get an home in town if ya want, and like 8 different merchants selling everything. Another place to check out is Bunker Hill and Goodneighbour.
Greentec genetics is a quest related building. That's a good vats armor piece.
@@appalachiansapper12b64 I’m seeing a lot more legendaries drop. I’m stoked to see .44 ammo trickling in too.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll come back when I have 610,000 credits.
Wow you found a few cool little nuggets that I never have even after years of playing this game. Was that Enclave ambush part of a mod? Cus I’ve never seen that in the base game. Also the legendary weapon at Saugus ironworks was new to me as well as Hugo’s hole. Congrats on getting the castle quest too thought that would take you a lot longer. There are a few cool minutemen missions there but after that they’ll go back to giving you endless radiant quests again just fyi.
@@syjak9067 I think all that is part of a DLC. Maybe it dropped after you finished your Playthrough? Thanks for the heads up about the MM quests!
The Enclave Soliders have been added from the Creation Club very recently, Bethesda apparently gave everyone that Add-on for free. You do need the next gen Update tho, some Mods don't work with that yet
@ thanks for the heads up. I’m not using the ng update, and I don’t think I’m using any mods that require it.
Dunwitch borers is a homage to H.P. Lovecraft's horror story the Dunwitch horror. Not the first time bethesda has included some Lovecraftian elements in their games. Totally cool, eh? A well done nod to Call of Chtulu. BTW that hellfire power armor is some of the best in the game!
@@tedzaleschook that IS so cool! I’m keeping the armor just in case I want to mess with power armor.
@@jtsgaminghijinx I love power armor. I go after each suit as I can get them. Paint jobs, high tech mods, you get great carry weight, it gives you a strength of 10 in melee, and you have a really high resistance to combat damage and avoid limb damage plus great protection against ads. Just dont try swimming.
@ that does sound petty sweet!
Wow, you have been pumping these out. Glad you are enjoying it. I will not have the time to keep up but will watch them eventually. Corvega is the Bleak Falls of Fallout 4 but much larger. I see you get lots of advice in your comments. I hope you don't get too many spoilers on the way in which you get to Nuka World. It is the most challenging sequence in the game and a raw experience would be much more fun. Even people that don't like the DLC do like that part of it.
@@nealderiggi3945 thank you! Everyone has been cool with spoilers.
Yes, shadowed armor helps with stealth. One thing fallout is good at, giving you all the legendary weapons, except thwy type of weapon your actually using lol! That Dunwich mine has some crazy lore to it, alot to try to explain in a comment. That is a cool weather mod. The castle is pretty cool. If i were you, make sure you are well equipped for when you get there, a fatman might come in handy for you. Thats all I will say about that lol
@@appalachiansapper12b64 thanks Appal! I’ll proceed with caution.
Dunno if you still plan on finishing the minutemen missions first, but they’re mostly all radiant settlement quests and there’s around 30 settlements I think it could take awhile. A lot of people just do them while they’re on their way to complete another main/side quest. Really like the playthrough so far!
@@syjak9067 good to know! And thank you!!
medtek is quest location for the companion maccready, when his affinity is high enough he'll give you the medtek quest and the terminal password that lifts the lockdown
@@jackcooper4323 thanks! Good to know!
@ you’re welcome, you can find Maccready in Good Neighbour at the 3rd rail bar, not sure if you knew were Maccready was already, but thought I’d mention it just in case, anyway your videos are fun to watch, I’ll definitely be checking out other videos on your channel, keep up the good work

There is a magazine up at Sunshine tidings you missed I think.

Medtek is a quest location, and you can only get into the closed off section during the quest. You will find a few locations like that.
@@tedzaleschook I suspected that. Thanks Ted. It cleared the nagging feeling I had that I missed something.
The Bravo Outpost will be a story element later in the game……You are getting me in the mood to play Fallout 4 again. Why did you not go for Sim Settlemets 2 ?
@@andreasschaufler I just wanted the basics of the mod and not the expanded quests and stuff.
Assaultrons are nasty, it's best to shoot out their legs. They do good melee damage. Mr. Gutsys are common, they can be tough too. Especially the ones that shoot machine guns. That doc wanders around, he shows up at different settlements in that region of the map. You can combine jet with psycho to make psycho jet. Really good buff when you go up against tougher enemies. You are thinking of a driving range 😂. That skull means that the enemy is a little bit tougher than you. I think that doc you talked to at the slog is the one who shot the fat man. I was hoping you would fund that bobblehead 😆 shiskabab is a sword that also does fire damage too.
@@appalachiansapper12b64 oh cool I’ll try combining them! Legs! Got it! Blarg driving range. Brain fart lol bobble heads are always an event! Thanks Appal!

@jtsgaminghijinx no problem, that it was kinda cool and funny! Lol
I don't know if anyone has told you this or not, but where you found the Snubnose, you should look under the yellow lid on that structure that the skeleton is laying against. And, I'm glad you got the .44, I kept that one throughout my own playthrough, something sexy about a revolver.
@@gerriduke1236 lol I just need ammo for it. I can’t wait to start using it!
Sorry, I've been gone so much, family stuff came up.
@@gerriduke1236 hey life important. I hope everything is ok.
Vault-Tec is EVIL. You missed something at Wildwood cemetery. The glowing mushrooms can be used for crafting, but they are also a light source to pull the player to areas where loot is. You won't always find loot, sometimes its just mushrooms for the sake of being mushrooms. You should go back and look closer around the base of the big tree in the center. There was more than mushrooms. 😊 The robot repair kits work like stimpaks for your companions. If any of your robots are so damaged they need repair, they will have a marker. Ada "healed" on her own because she wasn't so damaged that she needed the repair kit. When your robots need a repair kit they will go down like they powered off.
@@Reese-Dancer oh ok. I needed clarity with the robot repair kits. Thanks! I’ll look into the cemetery again!
Fall out 4 has some excellent enviromental storytelling for those who are observant. Vault 75 is thought to be the Origin of the Gunners. where they came from because if you read the terminals it becomes clear there was a revolt from within.
@@tedzaleschook I’m enjoying digging into the lore.
1:02:25 your character lowkey got fent folded
@@zodiac5177 lol yeah
Them are some good effects to have on your armor, if you can fund anything with the assassin's effect, or the troubleshooter effect, pick those yp as well. Seeing as your getting into using vats, there are vats enhancing peices you can pick up too. Yeah, starfeild sucks, I think bathesdas best game production days are behind them. Yeah, gunners are a faction separate from the raiders, pretty tough too. You were way too happy with that bobblehead 🤣. Oh Dude, the lore on Vault-Tec is pretty dark. They did some pretty evil stuff to vault dwellers all through fallout lore.
@@appalachiansapper12b64 I still don’t know how wide of a scope the effects range. I’m looking forward to see what’s out there! Thanks for the tips. Dude it’s only the second bobble head I found lol
Nice seeing JT play Fallout4. I have more than 500 hours in that game. Never did pistols though. Amazing how much can be done with them.
@@andreasschaufler oooooo I’m excited to get my build locked down 🤓🤓🤓
42.30 YES YOU DO WANT THE PELVIS BONES. because you can use them to craft cutting fluid at your chemistry station. Cutting fliud gives you OIL. While i have you here, Fertilizer is used to make JET. Yes jet is made from Bramin shit. You are huffing Bramin dung. Just say no to drugs, unless you plan on crafting and selling them for caps. Good money in drugs crafting. Really EXPLORE the chem station and what you can make on it. Even without the chemistry perk you can do a whole lot. Hubflower makes Psycho, Brainfugus for mentats, and Glowing fungus for radaway. Them bloodpacks can be turned into stimpacks, IF you have some fusin cells for laser guns you can craft yer own robot repair kits. Jet, Buffout, mentats and Psycho can all be combined to make new drugs. Grape mentats will be really useful, it increases buying and selling by 10%! Really mon, the chem station is yer best freind, and everything you craft on it is free XP. STOP PASSING IT UP. I go on crafting binges that will give me 2-3 levels at a time if ya have enough material to hand, AND then i spend a couple game days selling everything I have made. The syringer ammo section on the chem station has a bunch of options. You dont need the gun itself, it is garbage as a weapon but crafint the ammo gives you XP and the ammo is worth caps! Of course you with yer low chasima wont get a good price but still the XP is worth the effort. OK I will shut up now.
@@tedzaleschook woah!!! I have been sleeping on the chem station! I’ve probably been sleeping on the cooking station too! I’ve totally over looked the exp aspect of the crafting system! Omg! I’ll take a deeper look into them. This is a game changer! You’ve really come through Ted! Thanks!!
Side note on companions. each one will ocasionally give you stuff when you talk to them. Codsworth will give you purified water, Ada will gift you some random junk items .Preston tends to cpllect items, as random strangers will walk up and talk to him and donate items. Doggie just gives you unconditional love. And trips you by getting underfoot.
@@tedzaleschook oh cool. That’s good to know. That’s something they carried over into Starfield. Dog meat is the best. The more I play Fallout, the more I’m digging it.
@@jtsgaminghijinx Something else about companions a few of them have really useful skills. One of them who you are destined to meet SOON can hack computers for you. Another can pick locks. Paladin Danse is an excellent combattant can carry alot of gear and never takes off his armor. They all have unique perks when you gain max affinity.
@ hmm I’m going to have to look into their str and weaknesses. Thanks Ted
Firstt thing, happy veterans day! Yeah you can mod up codsworth. The different mods come from killing other robots during the atomatron dlc. It gets to a point that if you want to equip him with dual miniguns, you can lol, its pretty cool. Them shots you saw when shooting them lasers at taffington boat house were fired from that combat shotgun you picked up. That's what them lasers were rigged up to. The sweetrolls in fallout don't look near as good as the sweetrolls in skyrim! That eddie winter stuff is a whole quest. It takes you all over the map. Critical banker is such an awesome perk. Do you have a weather mod? I've never seen the sky turn red like that before, let alone hear that air raid siren.
@@appalachiansapper12b64 I’m heading last finding discovering and this stuff. Lol it’s going to be fun modding Ada and Cosworth with in the limits of my Int. I am using a weather mod. Pretty cool eh. I love crit banker! I should see is there is a sweet roll mod lol
You've just started a DLC, the mechanist. this is gonna be LONG and violent. Several quests involved with this...Have fun.
100. Scattered about the commonwealth you will randomly find bodies with notes on them some of thin wil mark locations on your map and you can find specified loot . Scavengers lead to useful junk, Raiders do caps, Settlers and gunners do guns, and the best are Junkies who lead ya to stashes of chems.
@@tedzaleschook that explains a few locations on the map! Thanks Ted!
33. Yes you will find several book return terminals scattered about the commonwealth. You will also find overdue books from the Boston Public Library. Some of the terminals DO have some useful loot but I wont tell ya where. You do eventually get a good quest that involves the BPL.
@@tedzaleschook Roger that. I’ll start hoarding overdue books! I’ll have to go through the BPL with a fine tooth comb for books! Thanks!
That raider didn't have anything legendary, so nonloss on that. That vehicle is called an APC (Armored Personal Carrier) in the army that vehicle is called the M-2 Bradly. There are some book return machines that have magazines you can get. So start collecting overdue books to get them return tokens. When it comes to deathclaws, their belly is where they're more vulnerable. Dogmeat is the best, one nice thing about lone wanderer, it doesn't effect having dogmeat as a companion. With the ro ot workbench, you'll be able to change and modify codsworth in some pretty cool ways.
@@appalachiansapper12b64 oh good I was worried I missed out on something awesome. APC gotcha. Dang I sold some over due books. I’m sure there’s a lot more to find though. The belly, cool cool good to know. Thanks!

@jtsgaminghijinx mods are for non gamers!
You have a PlayStation don't you. Haha.
@@nealderiggi3945 😂😂😂
I thought we were already subbed to you on our second channel but I just remedied that. UA-cam is being dumb on my phone and I didn't want to switch accounts to my personal channel (Reese Dancer) on the PC. Hacking.... UGH... I'm glad you are trying to give it a fair shot but I know I personally won't blame you if you get a mod for auto-hacking. Since we've played and beaten the game so many times we use one. I only hack terminals if I feel like hacking them for old times sake now. LOL Settlements will repair things over time provided that the materials needed to repair the items with are available in the workbench. I suspect that some things were only partially built at TenPines Bluff for the same reason since you don't dump your junk in their workbench all the time. I'm not sure if having the settlement managed for you accounts for that and allows the junk to slowly filter in as if the settlers were out scavenging so you might have to give them a scavenger workbench and assign someone to it if you can't get supply lines going sooner than later. You might be able to back out of the fly around of the city build from the city planner via the same button you use to back out of your pipboy. I've only seen people do it in SIM Settlers 2 but I would think it would be the same in the original version as the "build animation" can go quite long. Neat to see a time or two but probably not every single one. lol Probably worth a shot trying other action keys/mouse buttons if the one you use to back out of things doesn't work. To get more materials from scrapping things in the workbenches, like your weapons and armor, you have to take perks in... hmmm, can't quite remember the name but Scrounger I think?! For those "I wonder if this place is related to a quest" moment... if you are able to get into a place and explore it then it usually (it is a Bethesda game after all) won't affect the quest for it when you get it. Once you get the quest to go somewhere, even if you've been there before, everything that needs to be there for the quest should respawn or spawn in for the quest. There are exceptions, like you finding the locket for the Abernathy's. Since you had already found the locket you didn't have to go back and clear the place and get the locket. There are places/things that are locked to you until you get the quest for them as well.
I grid walked the commonwealth and still missed stuff, lol. Roam to your hearts content. As you can see, whether you make it to your planned destination or not, there will still be plenty of action most times! 😂
@@Reese-Dancer so true lol all sorts of things stacked on top!
Easter egg time! That place at the end, Fraternal Post 115. That was the veterans hall YOU was supposed to give a speech at the day the bombs fell. BTW did you pick up the magazine at Sunshine Trading? It gives you double the meat for animal kills. There is also magazines to be found at Arctjet and college square stations IDR if you grabbed that or not? Question about this SIM settlement mod, do you get XP for the things that get built that you do not personally build?
@@tedzaleschook heh that’s cool little detail. Hmm I think I missed the magazine at sunshine. I pretty sure I got the others. I’m not sure if I got experience from sim settlements. I’ll have to pay closer attention. Thanks Ted.
