Hello everyone.
I live in Nottingham England, the home of Robin Hood.
Whenever I go on holiday I've always kept a video diary of my travels, just for my own viewing really, so I can remember where I've been in my old age.
I started my channel as a result of lockdown, and honestly didn't have a clue what I was doing, but my inner have a go Ivor said, come on your never too old, give it a go.
So I did, with glimpses of places I've enjoyed visiting, mainly out and about in the great outdoors, upon scenic walks, or visiting beautiful gardens, useing music to tell my stories as I haven't plucked up the courage yet to do voice-overs.

Salzburg Christmas Markets - Austria
Looking back at our Christmas trip last year has been a lot of fun for us. We end our Christmas series with our time in Salzburg, surely one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Although we had plenty of heavy rain the magical atmosphere of Christmas that filled the streets of this wonderful place kept us warm, helped by plenty of Gluwein. Our last evening here took us to magical Schloss Hellbrunn where the grounds were filled with stalls bathed in colourful illuminations and the grounds a picture of beautiful light.
Although we continued this adventure for a couple more weeks with stays in Graz and Vienna we will end this series here and wish everyone who has supported the channel and enjoyed what we have produced an incredibly happy festive period and the most brilliant of New Years.

Always a wonderful place to walk around. It was the first of November and still plenty to enjoy. Although this past year has been really difficult things are now much improved and we will be making the most of each and every day. Tonight we are just about to set out celebrating New Year in Vienna. There are six stages with different musical programmes on each with fireworks on the Prater tonight. First though there are celebrations marking the 200th year since the birth of Johann Strauss (son) in front of city hall. Have a great night and a year full of adventure. Robert & Ivor.
