Thank you for your comment, very sorry to hear of your situation 🙏 I spent over a year not being able to walk and being housebound after i messed my knees up, so perhaps have some idea what that's like. Lots of Jay Videos on my Channel! Also quite a few POV 'BodyCam' Vids where i'm moving about feeding the Crows and Squirrels at the Cemetery which you may enjoy; Lots of those in my oldest Vids 🙂

Should be more vids from the Cem coming up in the next month or so as the winter feeding starts. Am currently stocking up on food, not gonna get many peanuts this year as they're silly expensive, even in bulk. Especially when human food like Porridge Oats and Biscuits work out half the price and have better calorific value...

Cheers, fella. The car went right over it, inbetween the wheels, but the ground clearance wasn't much, so it got rolled over and over underneath and battered. Still flew off though.

@@Crow_Friend a bit of damage but glad it could fly, I guess if they can fly there is a good chance of recovery, It does make me very sad when I see a one legged crow or other damaged birds... You are top notch mate. 🙂

Yup, just fledged. I've been getting about one or two a day arriving this week, i think the parents bring them for the water - Is hot atm!

@@Crow_Friend I have a lot of young squeaky ferals in my garden, I’m constantly topping up the water dish now and giving them extra food.🤗🐦💕

Raw, boiled, scrambled, eggy pancakes - They love them. Also Dog or Cat kibbles are a corvid favourite.

Oh, and dry generic porridge oats - That, here at least, works out much cheaper than bird seed which is always overpriced and often very low quality.

@@Crow_Friend, I read they like porridge oats. I've been slowly adding more food besides the bird food. They mainly eat what's on our property: fruit and nut trees, berry bushes, and insects. I have a short video of a blue jay looking at me before it dive-bombed my blueberry bushes. However, I am happy with the birds that visit the birdcam feeders. Thanks for the suggestions!

Occasionally some are friendly and curious, or i get thanked by someone sitting in their car along the front for the entertainment. But a LOT more are either totally oblivious, frowning or looking at me as if i'm nuts.. these i deflect away with my horrible scowling face. Although i tend to try and go when there are the least amount of people around, i was a bit late on this occasion and dog walking time had started. And of course a few times i've had people coming up to challenge what i'm doing/try to stop me etc - These encounters never end well :)

@@Crow_Friend I had someone yell at me for feeding ducks when I was a kid and it has stuck with me - probably the reason I stay in my own yard now. I keep thinking of different places I want to go now though so I'm hoping to get brave enough to handle those situations...guess I'll have to work on my horrible scowling face

These Crows are funny, About 3/4 females were determined to bathe. Makes me laugh when they do the bathing movements when they're not even in the water! 😆
