You should apply some flux before soldering. Also, heat the copper and then touch the solder to the copper so the copper is what’s melting the solder

Meh.... all of the preceding times were always faster (from other cars before you) and that vette was an anchient sled but it was keeping up somewhat. Second we need free power without toxic by products. 3rd we need cells that aren't toxic. fourth we need cells that can be recycled (france is working on this but they are decades away from an equal peformer) 5th we need something other than lithium so we can stop fracking the earth into oblivion. 6th we need a more efficient method of acquisition, storage and transfer so we can have some realistic distances off of a single charge. 7th we need something more reasonable than a $25,000 re-up on cells every 6-8 years. We are just not there yet and this sort of mentality of "who cares?" was only possible due to the "zero emission vehicle" lies. Yes I expect to be block or deleted or both.
