His name’s straight up Depth Charge. Like I cannot say his name without laughing a little. I guess he’s charging “in” depth.

I think complaints about the pacing are actually just (wait for it) people getting lost in the story, and missing the small hints and subtleties of d-16’s future.

I think it's more logical that d-16 is conflicting with his inner self because that's what he did most of the continuity especially on the IDW continuity

Ultra Magnus arriving was when the Decepticons truly lost the war. Contrary to what Optimus told him about family, the presence of Ultra Magnus turned Team Prime from a ragtag guerrilla group capable individuals, into a fully outfitted army that were force multipliers of each other and capable of committing to several operations at the same time as well as storm fronting the Nemesis and wiping out the Decepticons completely. Megatron had an entire ship full of Energon, Vehicons, Insecticons and whatever and couldn't do what Ultra Magnus did.

IDW: gay and trans robots Skybound: dark as shit but does have a bit of wholesomeness

Honestly in the film it makes like no difference to me. It didn't translate to film.

I personally think its completely fine to not want robot Hitler to be redeemed and to plot his downfall, regardless of the means. Y'all would sympathize with HItler if someone wrote a convincing argument and didn't use any proper nouns. Edit: Im faaaar from getting through the IDW comics though, but, Getaway did nothing wrong. He manipulated someone into attempting a JUST murder. (and got horribly punished for it, thus why he hates rodimus. Getting tortured is totally a reasonable punishment for trying to kill robot Satan /s ) Y'all wouldn't kill hitler if he was sleeping right in front of you? Unguarded? Even if he did a few good things and had a "change of heart," he still killed millions. (billions in megatrons case)

Depth Charge works because, in any other Transformers series, he would've become the thing he hated.

Elita and Prime's relationship is reminiscent of Demona and Goliath's in Gargoyles.

Skybound-verse Carly has become one of the franchise's most interesting, well-written characters. Almost as if humans....should be just as important as the Transformers. I said it.

MTMTE Getaway is basically All Hail Megatron's version of Spike (morally ambiguous maverick on the side of justice) done right. Instead of an angsty, reckless, womanising braggart who gets away with his actions (most of which would've gotten him dishonourably discharged on the spot) because of plot armour, Sparkplug's position and/or needing to give Skywatch a recognisable face, Getaway is smart enough to bide his time and back his claims up with a seemingly reasonable explanation. It's only when he crosses the line by manipulating a child - which is what Tailgate is - into essentially becoming a patsy that more and more people see through the cracks.

IDW really hit it out of the ballpark with Tarantulas' portrayal. Just as Delta Trion absolutely nails recapping these events. I subscribed because he manages to recap these stories in a way that not only highlights them for new readers, but also pulls you in like a storyteller SHOULD.

My guess, in order for his body to repair, he needs to scan a vehicle mode, perhaps a Cobra Tank, Jet, or Helicopter, hell, they might make him a triple changer for all we know

Megatron is so needing a brand new body after reformatting or tricking the humans to make one for him after suffering a lot of damage there.

Rage is not anger. Rage comes out of overwhelming sorrow, sadness, and your heartbreaking due to an injustice that was done to oneself or usually done to someone's loved one(s) within sight of the person but out of reach to help prevent the injustice. Anakin with the sand people and the end of seven are the only true depictions of rage that I have seen portrayed. ONCE AGAIN RAGE IS NOT ANGER! It is when sadness and sorrow and all that crap gets to be too much to bear and the person's psyche snaps. This is why when people become enraged they usually cry uncontrollably. It's not because someone is an angry a**hole.

Depth Charge is a total badass and is definitely one of my all-time favorite transformers. I had and loved his toy as a kid!

I would hate to be Starscream. Megatron is going to atomize that seeker.
