When Captain Nemesis return in season was unexpected and that episode is for me one of the darkest episodes Cartoon Network has released.

I love this Episode 😁 and Ben kik Nemesis Ass 😂😂

2:52 The immediate turn around on believing that. I absolutely loved it. 5:00 Honestly, I think that went completely over my head until now. I thought Nemesis was just repeating himself, never took that as a threat before. And as always, your hatred for Will Harangue is always fun to hear.

Despite that being a filler episode, it's a pretty good one. Good things about it: - introducing Captain Nemesis (who used to be Ben's idol, so we get a bit of Ben's backstory) - first use of Armodrillo and second use of Water Hazard - the duel scene - notice how Ben does not shout the name of Humungosaur or Ultimate Humungosaur, when he goes to face Nemesis. Nemesis kidnapped his girlfriend and he's dead serious. - how angry Ben gets after beating Nemesis. The boy's losing it. It's like "How could you?! You were my hero!". Reminds me of Obi-Wan and Anakin in "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith". - Ben becoming a better hero. Nemesis shows him what to avoid and who not to become. That fame and power can corrupt. Also: 10:50 "Good. Fight back. I like that". This is such a rapey line. I'm surprised it passed in a kid's show.

Gintoki was so chaotic in the first ep. A police chase for shits and giggles?! 😂 Otsu is a parody of pop idol culture from the mid-2000s. They often had "cutesy" catchphrases they'd say and get their fans to repeat. J-pop and K-pop idols have their images carefully maintained and crassness is a no-no. The joke is that Otsu says wild stuff and sings about vulgar topics despite being otherwise treated as a regular pure cutesy idol. It's like if Disney channel stars started singing crass lyrics (while still on the Disney channel). Or if Mickey Mouse suddenly started ending his sentences with "motherf*cker!"

And you just saw one of the problems with the Ultimatrix, it's easy to hack like Agaressor did.

Calling out Kevin on using the door, that was pretty funny. And I loved the Thanos reference. It's hard to pick a favorite between Rad and Galapagos. Forgot how hilarious it was to hear Ben get cut off mid transformation name, "Jet--".
