What bearing goes in what side?
All you had to do was pull the two screws that hold the plastic cover over the pump pull the two Phillips head screws then you can either put the block off kit in or remove the gear and put it all back together you don't have to do it half of all that other stuff you be done in 5 minutes just saying

What are you turning to make it line up
I took my son’s throttle cable which changes to two cables, just below the front of the gas tank, pop the capping off, and you can remove the throttle oiler cable , his may be aftermarket, but I’ve seen factory also, and you can simply disconnect and remove one cable, rather than wire tying
Thanks man. Do you know if the pw80 engine will accept the transmission output shaft from a bw80? I have a good pw80 engine that seems identical to my brutally rough shaped bw80. I want to rebuild the pw80 but need the longer shaft to align with rear on big wheel

That is one weird headgasket mixed with red RTV silicon. Don't know which numbnut designed that h.gasket.

Using the piston to ensure the ring is sitting square in the cylinder is going to give you the correct measurement but what do I know.
Correct or not ..I've always put the spring inword meaning what it is trying to hold back which is the oil that's where the spring would be that side..

You might also want to checkout the Nibbi High performance coil I think the stock coil doesn’t work well with the CDI box🤔
Such a cool video really enjoyed it I did notice a difference in the sound when you was using the racing CDI it had more of a louder rev sound to me I could be wrong but it sounded just a little better to me! 🤔👍😎🤘
I’m doing this exact thing ! How can I stop the flywheel from spinning as I’m I’m doing the three bolts , I’m doing it with out the impact as I haven’t removed it from the frame

Did you have any problems with the exhaust bolt lining up on the side of the frame? Mines off about half way.

@@strongislandjetskis I just sort of had to beat it back with a hammer and line it up. It works now.
I've got a pw 80 and it only moves slightly when I give it gas in gear and also the oil is light brown and really liquidy dp you know what that could be

Thanks for the videos. Did you approach for crank bearing replacements. Worked great. My question is when I put the clutch basket back on and torqued to 36 ft/lbs. the basket does not move. Seems way Too tight. When you tighten down yoursDid it move at all. Should you still be able To spin the crank freely after you tightened.
You just had to make sure not to go past the governor brace, didn’t have to do all that with the tape bruh 😂
does anybody know the dimensions for the long innercase bolts ?
I have a question I'm trying to push the case back together and it will not go together I even tried to rig it up where I could tighten down the nut to help push the case together and I still can't get it to go completely together any ideas what it could be

Did you have any issues with the flywheel key being machined in the wrong location? I've been looking into the Niche Amazon crank but noticed a lot of reviews have stated it's keyed wrong. Wondering if it's only some or all of the stock. Awesome video btw very helpful. I'll be using this for reference when I do the project.
Wats up man... The truth is this (and nothing else)... If I build a high output one gear engine and transmission (GY6) I WANT A REV LIMITER!!!!! Why? Because the engine will outrun the motor and if you rev beyond the limit over time bad things happen. So if build a motor stronger than the transmission and it runs outta gear (so to speak) I'll needa sticker on the side of it that says "don't run it too hard" or maybe "do not stick your fingers under the lawnmower deck while the blades are in motion". So I Like the rev limiter... Funnny thing though... it costs more to include one so none of these restricted things come with em. Recon they figured if they designed something that couldn't get outta it's on way it was cured? So limiting rpm? I was once at a party where a couple got into a argument (you know one man and his wife)... She went outside and started his ford pickup and pressed the peddle to the floor in park/neutral and held it there... We all giggled as the rev limiter would not allow her to blow that motor up. Rev limiters are good, cheap junk is not. And BTW I currently own 2 50cc scooters (we used to call all Harley's scooters back in the day ya know) and am in need of a couple of limited rpm cdi's now... Moral of the story? The Sycle determines output. The cdi? Only if you need to slow the Jr. down. How bout them apples 🙂

My ped has a deleted rev limiter and I nearly blew my motor up the other day pushing it too hard. Overheated. Piston rings are damaged, compression issues, and there's oil all the way up the intake. Whoever deleted it is a complete and utter moron 🤦♂️

Life is SO MUCH EASIER if you immediately put a zip tie around the cam chain and sprocket. I love the trick on how to get the sprocket back on with one bolt and turn the crank until the others line up. Getting the sprocket in place is usually a real challenge.
