I started martial arts at the age of 7, training karate, which lasted until I was 13. Then I moved to Rio, and surfing won me over. At 17, I came back, but this time to jiu-jitsu, which I trained for 2 years. I got married young and gave in to a sedentary lifestyle. By the time I was 30, I weighed 93 kg. I started Muay Thai at 40, and within 8 months, I returned to the physique I had at my peak, 69 kg, and I've maintained the same weight for years, even during a period when I didn’t train for a month. It's never too late to start. Don’t rush - the results will come if you’re doing the physical activity you enjoy the most, in my case, i love Muay Thai.

The guy in the red shirt was was looking for trouble the moment his man was losing when he got knocked down the first time. So when the Aussie fighter knocked him out the second time it was enough for him, the shouting part was just an excuse for them to go overboard. you got nothing to apologise and you fought smart. The thai fighter was burning himself out too fast to get his glory fast and underestimating and disrespecting his opponent, The red shirt guy is just one of the local thugs. and might I say there was probably gambling racket on the side which got them really upset them as they wanted this to be easy pay day.
