Which difficult is set in this gameplay?

I know it's for performance reasons and whatnot, but I find it about horrifying that as soon as you kill the first guards they turn into a singular pistol and box of ammo, you killed them so hard they ceased to exist.

How is it possible that your armor regenerates itself after changing the magazine and shooting? I checked these settings and it doesn't work like that. It's probably some kind of mod or cheat.

I haven't tried any payday game yet (I dunno if I should count the recent Don't be a hero game) but these videos always fascinated me, just the idea of going full solo stealth trying the hardest to not make any damage while also doing the hit flawlessly amuses me a lot, makes me want to try it myself and see how long it takes me before I start going (loud) on every hit I do.
