    I am so out of shape I can’t walk and talk at the same time after 15 steps, after being in bed 4 months so I’m checking out certain videos to see which few I want to start with, but I’m only 1:16 minutes into the video and the annoying horn is as loud as he is. Don’t know if I can even watch until finish. I went to turn the volume down, but it turns him down too. Was so excited to watch, now just disappointed.

    Ryleyrehab seems to be correct. Over many painful months I tried other stretches & exercises. This seemed to work better right away and after a few weeks of this technique, the problem has disappeared.

    Meralgia parasthetica is no joke. All my life I've been active, hiking, weightlifting, had physical jobs. Four years ago I took a desk job, then went remote (still at a computer desk). I gained some weight, stopped exercising like I had all my life, and this condition came on. It's been horrible and distracting.

    My SC joint end had to be cut off because of infection in the ligaments that hold it to the chest plate. Now the end of it has been pushing the carotid artery into my esophagus and airway

    Thank you. one question thought. you said don't over do mobility exercises in first weeks of recovery. what about body wait exercises like pushups pullups and dips? is your recommendations to take time off to let it heal up first, or do you think moderate exercises is okay?

    And another thing, leave your bag at work dont take it home with your every day because you put pressure on your leg and your leg will numb all night long so leave your bag, briefcase or what ever is heavy leave it at work untill day off.

    One day i did a pullup without warmup and while i was going up i heard a loud pop in my collarbone area and did not get any pain but after few months i hear popping sounds multiple times a day from my collarbone and everytime when making a circle by my shoulders which we do as warmup

    Thank you Ive got ehlers-danlos syndrome and this is one of my common dislocated joints. I popped it out 3 times this week. These stretches plus using a massage gun has definitely helped

    Hello everyone, im just saying I tried this with medical tape, and I got some relief, like you wouldn't believe. It really works. Just follow the instructions he gives as close as you can, and you will see it really works. I had so much pain with this on a daily basis. Now i feel so much better. About 90% of the pain is gone. I'm on day three and still somehow less pain with this tape method. Thank you, sir, for sharing this pain breaking method. Im so happy i came across your video.     Ok, it’s been 3 months, and this has been a miracle. My pain is completely gone when I use this k-tape technique. I can hike, walk and stand without pain for the first time in 5 years. It doesn’t seem to have made the issue go way when I am not wearing tape, but I am hopeful that it will overtime. Some background on what didn’t work. I have had two imaging guided injections that provided no relief. I have tried every stretching and stretching PT I could find on the internet and the ones my doctor gave me and no relief. I have iced and taken anti-inflammatory drugs and found no relief. I didn’t want to try surgery as I had figured out how to mitigate the issue and was fearful that surgery could make these techniques not work and I end up worse then I was. I include my mitigation techniques in case they may work for others, but do try this taping technique: My pain would start after about 5 minutes (standing/walking) with numbness and tingling and proceed to burning pain in under 10 minutes. The pain level would get to a 6 or so. Laying down or sitting always relieved the pain. For years I had to take breaks every 10 minutes when walking/hiking and even standing. It took years to figure out how to find some relief while standing or exercising. I noticed when I hiked steep terrains or scrambled up rocks (think Camelback in PHX) I had no pain. I finally figured out I could relieve the pain by bending my knee (decreasing the angle between the lower leg and thigh by bringing my foot forward and up). This led to me getting in my cardio by using a stair machine as I bent my knee enough that whatever was pinching my nerve would release it. When I stood, I would always stand with the painful leg in front of me on something (like a stool) or up a hill. My kids called it my pirate stand. Again, thanks for posting this. It truly has improved my life.

    finally! A guy with the condition talking about it, and what to do about it. Thanks so much! Every other Diastisis Recti yt video first gives an overlong explanation of the condition, then shows, as you say, wimpy exercises that don't seem to be strong enough to have effect. Firstly, I don't want to learn. I just want to heal. So give me the exercises first, then if you really must, waffle on afterwards about it with your expert knowledge of latin anatomy names and all the bullshit we don't need to know that wasted so much of our time watching the first 30 Diastisis Recti videos...

    THANK YOU! These actually brought relief (haven't tried the tape one, yet)! I've had psoriatic arthritis since i was a toddler, and have had costochondritis my entire adult life. I just said out loud "Ooh, clavicle pain, daggum!" And boom - there was this video on my feed 🤣 But seriously, you are the real deal. Most PT's seem to believe in forcing things, even if it causes greater injury and a decrease in quality of life.
