Mario Kart 7 is easily the 2nd best. Great controls, great items, great and unique roster, amazing track selection, and not perfect but still enjoyable battle mode.

I really want the 1st person camera to return. I actually miss it And it would be perfect if they want to add VR functions to the game as well

The lack of a single player VS mode is what brings MK7 down a bit for me, and is perhaps also the reason it's not remembered as much as some of the other games in the series. I can guarantee if only this game had a single player VS mode, it would easily be my 2nd favorite only behind MK8D. Personally the character roster and lack of bikes don't bother me as much as many other people. All it needed was a VS mode

mario kart 7 is my most played game on the 3DS. i really liked playing this one. also one of my first introductions to online play cuz i diddnt know u could play online on the wii XD. im not a big fan of the coins but they matter less than in mk8d. imo i dont really like mk8d cuz of the coins and the physics. nice vid tho

I always felt even though 8 refuses almost everything from 7, 7 executes what the two games have in common better. controls, gliding, underwater all play better in 7.

The only gripe I got against MK7 is the lack is single player vs. mode is may be the reason it’s forgotten by some people! I’d say thanks to the modding community it does have single player vs mode now!

Ive only played MK7 once. A friend of mine let me hold her 3DS while she did smth n told me i could play One Level. So i played Rainbow Road. And every day since then I have. Wanted to play this game again. Its one of 2 Mario Karts i don’t actually have in some form. I wanna play a Lot of these tracks on their original hardware. Maybe some day…

I first received this game in 2015 for my system and it became my very first Mario Kart that I’ve ever played. I played it so much and got three stars on everything. Sadly in 2023 my 2DS broke and I’ve haven’t been able to buy a new 3DS to play this ultimate game again.

i've played a lot of mario kart 8 and yet I still feel like there's something off about the controls, probably because of my time playing mario kart 7. I haven't played that game in a long time, but I don't remember ever having a problem with handling there. People have said that gliding in 8 is not nearly as good as in 7 and I agree, but I also feel the same way about the whole game. Maybe it's just me though.

"Smash Bros = Introduction to Star Fox" That may be true for some people, but I was exposed to Star Fox before Smash Bros. My older brother got a Nintendo 64 and one of the games he had was Star Fox 64. I may have only been a year old in 1997, but the game is forever burned into my brain. Smash 64 was however my introduction to Kirby, Metroid, F-Zero, Earthbound and even The Legend of Zelda

This game could’ve been awesome and easily remembered today if they hadn’t screwed up the roster. You have people like Waluigi, Toadette, Diddy Kong, Bowser Jr., Petey Piranha, King Boo, Funky Kong, etc, and you ditch ‘em all for Lakitu, Metal Mario, and Honey Queen.. Even some of the vehicles are kinda lame, honestly.. but that’s just what I think, how ‘bout you? 👋🙂

I haven’t even watched the video yet and I’m going to say this this is one of my favorite Mario Kart games in the entire series. This game knew what they were doing and actually the character roster was not that bad. We only had like one clone and it was a cool little reference. All the other unique characters were very interesting ideas you never expect. The only that the online felt like it worked and it actually felt quite balanced. This game deserves more love than hate. I feel like this game gets forgotten way too much, and it does not deserve that for how good it was. I hope you all have an Amazing New Year and God Bless You All.

I prefer the story of Klonoa 2, but I think the original had better gameplay because the sequel has a lot of gimmick levels and a lot of levels get reused with very little changes which feels kind of stupid. Furthermore Klonoa 2 has very linear level design as the levels removed almost all the exploration.
