Supertrapp Exhaust on Honda Nighthawk 650 Here is a good example of how much better your motorcycle can sound by installing a full system motorcycle exhaust. The motorcycle is a 1984 Honda CB650SC Nighthawk. The exhaust is a Supertrapp cb650 4-into-1 exhaust system I picked up off of Craigslist for free! It sounds much better compared to the stock exhaust system. Thanks for watching the S09 Eng...

does anyone know if you have to actually wait for the old title holder or holders to reply and sign the letter you provided ? or is it the a waiting system for the state ?
The old title holder does not need to respond. If you wait a few weeks and they don't respond, you can move on to the next step.
What grips are these? Cheers
Thanks! Just got my sportier bars in for my (adventure) bike. Getting my head in the game before I dig in!
Can you request that the previous owner file to get a duplicate title when you send to them return receipt requested and save all the expenses and hassle?
Step one: Put your other bikes vin and license plate on it... Step 2: dont ever stop for no red n blue lights.
My bike was stolen and the thieves spray painted it really poorly, so I'm thankful you made a video that'll help me get my bike somewhat pretty looking again!
I hope it works well for you!
Your headlight is nice, but I think you could consider a tiny windshield above the light because there is an empty space that looks a bit off.
Thanks for the explanation and information. I'm following your steps, and so far, so good. Just a correction - it's a 10-day temp tag, not 30. Ride safe, Fellow Coloradoan
Will this work with a Chinese quad that was originally sold new without a title.
Sorry, I have no idea.
@@S09Engineering Thank you for your assistance, I live in Washington State. and they passed a law that allows people to ride/drive. quads, four wheelers, and side by sides, on public roads with limitations. I purchased it from a private seller that didn't get a title for it. I guess my next options would be to contact the Chinese manufacturer? and see if it would be possible to get a title from them. or strictly use it for off road use. thanks again.
About how much does this stuff cost? Got a bike recently and the paint job is honestly really bad on it. Probably a rattle can, but when I looked closer, theres a few small chips and the original paint looks completely untouched!
It's about $25 for a gallon
Put my order in for the headlight and mounting bracket 🤘. Did you add fork braces when you removed the front wheel fender? Or just left it as is? Also did you have to take the front wheel off or can you remove fender without doing that?
Thank you for your order! That must be the one I shipped yesterday. I have not added a fork brace, but that sounds like a good idea I should look into. When I got the bike there was no fender. I bet you do not need to remove the wheel to get the fender off.
Yea that must be the one. Already arriving Monday, I'm super happy with the shipping speed. Oh I figured you removed the fender for the looks. I hate how bulky it is, but so far have had no luck finding a good brace or replacement@@S09Engineering
what if the previous owner is dead? then what happens with the certified mail part?
Just bought my first non-title bike in colorado. thanks for breaking the process down. I hope mine goes as smoothly as yours did.
hey hopefully you reply...i just wanna know if this is alcohol, or some kind of special paint removal we don't have this where i am??? thanks if you reply
I suppose you could try acetone.
You’ve deterred me at around 5 minutes in 😂…. ✌️
pilot hole?
I just got a,2019 cb 500X ..was thinking how it might look nude..cool
I just picked up a bike in similar condition. I was resigned to it being great except for the paint, but you’ve inspired me to give this a try!
It's worth a shot. Thanks for the comment 👍
Or is deceased the previous owner that is
Wow, looks great \m/
Hey, thanks!
I bought a pair of cheap trail bars for my TL, trail bikes fall over all the time and mine is no exception, the bars bent like a Coke can, Then I remembered the old test for handlebars, you put them in a vice to the depth of the rubber gripand with one hand holding the top you try to bend them, if they bend forget them, I didn't do that test as I already knew they were made from chewing gum, you get what you pay for, next set of bars I bought cost £10 more and comparing the two was like chalk and cheese, the latest bars were made from much thicker alloy, the wall of the tube was double the thickness of the first bendy-bars, the downside was I had to reem out the ends for my brush busters to fit inside the tube, not a hard to do with a step drill, cosmetically to look at the cheap inferior bars were smooth and shiny the good bars were rough finished, both anodized but different when side by side, the cheap ones the coating was just like that on a coke can, shiny, smooth, bright, the good ones were pitted, rough and duller, the good ones are blasted prior to coating and that is the No1 tel tale sign to look out for as cheap bars are not blasted prior to coating and have very smooth shiny finish,if you look closely @ 1:05 you can see the finish I'm talking about, that is not the coating on the bar that is the bars surface after its been treated in a particles coatings finsher (shot blasting to you a me)
Can I cross the border with this title
I assume you can, but I don't know anything about crossing the border.
😢 my bike was stolen last night. They took it for a joyride brought that shit back and now I have to fork out almost $500 for a new ignition switch and steering wheel lock.
That sucks 😕
For the love of Pete please step the drill bits next time ‼
What kind of pick are you using I have a 2021 sportster iron I need to move before it gets towed cause I lost the key
It was just a random pick set from Amazon. I could do it with multiple different types. Start with a rake with points on both sides and just wiggle it around in there.
Ok thanks
I personally love the CB 500F without the fairings, it really feels like a naked
Cool
Hello sir. Thank you for the information. I have a situation. I live in New Jersey and I bought a motorcycle Royal Enfield 500cc. I bought it from a random guy in Facebook marketplace. He said he got that motorcycle from an estate sale and the owner of the motorcycle is dead. He didn't give title. I have a bill of sale but no title. How can I get title for the motorcycle. If there's a possibility to get a title then I'll do that or else I thinking to return the motorcycle. I'm waiting for your response. Thank you.
Each state is different. Your DMV should be able to help answer this question as well. I believe a bonded title will work in this situation.
Do you still have the link??
This is the closest thing I can find at the moment. MOTOROFF 1-1/8" Motorcycle Handlebars, Universa Dirt Bike Handlebar with Bar Pad Grips Mounts for Raptor250 660 CRF250 CRF450 400EX Banshee 350 etc.Dirt bike Pit bike Pit bike (Black) a.co/d/8cvMNPV
Anywhere I can get this? Can't find anything online
It would have to be used. Supertrapp does not make these anymore. Maybe ebay 🤔
What about front brake and clutch cable?
Yes, you will want to put those back on the new handlebars 😆. I assume you want to know if any modifications are needed. Everything fit. I do remember needing to reroute brake line and throttle cables, but no new parts necessary.
Is there any changes to this process if the motorcycle was purchased over state lines?
I don't know for sure. I may find out soon. I found something I like in SD.
Hi, my bike (nc750s) also has a led headlight and I want to change it with a round one but I don't know which values I have to check first before installing a new one. Or is it possible to install any headlight I want? Thanks in advance🙏
I don't know. If it has an H4 connector, you should be good to change to pretty much anything.
I have a BMW off road motorcycle g650x xchallenge and the previous owner gave it an ugly paint job
Good luck! I hope it comes off for you.
Just got a nail in my Bridgestone 160/60s and I went to my closet shop and accidentally had them order me stock 150/70s for my Suzuki bandit…. found these and I’m in love with the look and how people are saying it rides. So thank you for the video, good work. And I’m sorry your bike was stolen. At least you got her back and with some beauts of tires..
Right on! These tires are working well for me.
I’m trying to get a tittle for my 2002 Honda show
Any luck?
Does it matter what size I pick when checking out on the website
It does matter. You need to pick the diameter that matches your fork tube diameter where the light will mount.
Thanks!!
You're welcome 😊
Use Autoglym Bumper & Trim Gel once all paint is removed from plastics. Will look like new again .
I'll look into that. Thanks for the tip!
So I looked at the wiring diagrams for a 2019 CB500F and have a 2017 CB500F, and the headlight 100% isnt plug and play
You are 100% correct. The models with the OEM led headlight are much more difficult to do this mod. The older models have an h4 connector and require zero mods to the wiring.
Ha my Ole bike!
It has been a good little bike.
I have a 2002 SV650S I've been wanting to title. I'd considered the Vermont approach as I didn't realize a bond was affordable. I thought the state wanted to keep twice the value of the vehicle for a few years!
The bonded title seems like the more legitimate way to do it. A 2002 is plenty old enough to go the Vermont route as well.
What would happen if they said they wanted it back? I bought an 05 r6 off marketplace went to dmv they told me last title was in Georgia. I live in Kentucky. Clean title. I have bill of sale that’s about it.
I really don't know. It is old enough to do the Vermont thing.
These are well shot and edited. You should make a lot more.
Thank you! I will make more videos sometime. I really do appreciate it 🙏
What do I do for old truck no number on motor
The bonded title is only needed for newer vehicles. There might be a better way.
A 1970 Ford F_100
Thanks Lonny
Got them on my banshee
Nice!
Was looking for this comment. How are they holding up.?
What do you do if a bike was traded second hand from the original owner but not knowing if it was stolen would state police be able to size the vehicle and charge you for possession
I don't really know what is possible. This exact situation happened to me. The bike I was getting a title for was reported stolen, but I had the bill of sale from an auction house. Nothing happened.
You cutting oil next time and it will drill alot easier and the bit won't break.. it got done but that could have been alot easier..
Thanks for the tip
Where can I get these handle bars
Amazon. I'm pretty sure I talked to you on IG.
