  • Dirt Bike Handlebars On Street Bike - Ninja 300 Handlebar Replacement
Ninja 300 stunt bike build, installing Pro Caken (similar to Pro Taper EVO Adventure) dirt bike handlebars on sportbike (Ninja 300). It's relatively easy if you do not mind modifying your motorcycle. The only parts you will need are supplied in the kit (link below). I did replace the M12 bolts with 40mm long bolts for this particular bike.

Hi, what was the reason to fit in a handle bar for a super sport bike? Is it for achieving up right sitting position?

Have you ever heard of drilling a pilot hole,we teach that to first year apprentices;also you could have spanned those 2 holes with a plate and tapped plate for more a stronger mount as not much meat left between 1/2 inch hole and originals.

Bars look really good on the 300. Are you stunting the bike or did you just go this route for the looks and a bit more up right ride? New sub for ya. What CAD software do you design with? I run NX and Catia at my current job and have also ran solidworks.

    • @S09Engineering

Assuming your dirt bike has original mounts for 7/8" bars, you would need a 7/8" to 1 1/8" adapter riser.
