The Full Stop Punctuation glitch is actually very easy to figure out. In Unicode (The standard way websites understand language characters) the period character is known as Full Stop, and it is under the Punctuation type. Thus when it looked it up, it translated it literarily and thus Full Stop Punctuation. How this very obvious bug was in the system for so long without anyone noticing, I have no idea.

I truly appreciate you so much for this video. I have an 11 year old nephew , his parents are great but he has been sucked down the red pill manosphere shorts hole, and he is behaving horribly towards his sister, he's obsessed with not eating fat ppl food and none of us know how to deal with it. the algorithm doesn't just destroy creativity, it can have really harmful effects on kids. in my day the worst thing that could happen was to stumble on a creepy video but now kids are being indoctrinated into truly harmful content. 😢

No doubt the algorithm works but it’s insane that when I search for something about old synths I get a few results and then it goes back to some disgusting dermatology video I would never dream of watching then Red Letter Media videos I’ve already watched 10 times. They are happy to have people give up on a search if they watch anything else.

There actually was a search term that brought up gore vids, or more accurately women’s funerals, autopsies, and decomposing bodies from underdeveloped countries. I saw one with a womans body completely opened up and gutted. This was being done in what seemed to be the middle of the street in front of a huge crowd. Completely uncensored but it was low quality. Anyway, the explanation for these vids was some kind of religious thing for men to watch so they could see that women’s beauty is temporary. I guess you’d be less lustful after seeing someone rotting. Weird stuff. I don’t remember what the search term was. This was like 3-4 years ago I think.
