Processed foods have become a staple in many people's diets, offering convenience and often a high level of palatability. However, behind their convenient and tasty facade lies a multitude of hidden dangers. These ingredients can harm our gut health, disrupt our metabolism, and increase our risk of developing chronic health problems. To maintain good health, it is important to be aware of the dangers associated with consuming processed foods and to make an effort to limit their consumption in favor of a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods.

This video commented on “organic, fresh milk.” DO NOT drink raw, unpasteurized milk. People take videos like this and literally kill their children by thinking unprocessed food is unhealthy.
Stop using buzzwords and going along with the narrative. There is no significant loss in nutritional value from drinking processed milk. Please make an update on raw vs. processed milk.
