We dive into the link between bigger goals and habits, how to visualise your future self, how to make habits easy and fun and practical steps to build consistency. So grab a piece of paper or your phone notes and do the exercises along with it for your own scary goal. I also give some coaching at the end on overcoming beliefs about 'impossible' goals.
