Rusty CAR BODY Restoration / Front Fender (all painting steps)
In this video, I replaced and painted a rusty Front Fender on a car. I found the same fender from another car and decided to paint it following the technology of body repair!
I studied all the painting processes for a long time! I think it turned out great! I used a spray gun for the first time!!))
These are the cheapest spray guns from China! Models W101 1.3 mm. and 1.8 mm. Each of them costs about $ 30
I made the Air Compressor Water Separator myself - ua-cam.com/video/Wk4lc7wziEg/v-deo.htmlsi=BY-pWY3sS_WOnYn6 Without it, you will not be able to paint well!
I am very pleased with the result! Please write what you think? I hope this video will be interesting and useful.
Thanks for watching! Good luck!

Soviet Motorcycle Restoration (Dnepr) + Easy Tuning
Переглядів 2,1 тис.2 роки тому
When I was 16 I restored an old Soviet motorcycle Dnepr. It was 2005. I didn't have a video camera at the time. I did not have sufficient skills and money at that moment. I hope you enjoy my work. Thank you for watching!
WIPER BLADE ARMS Restoration
Переглядів 1,8 тис.2 роки тому
In this video, I restored the rusty wiper blade arms from my car and painted them with black semi-gloss spray paint. I made rust removal with a very effective composition, which you can see in the video. I primed the 2k epoxy primer in a way that you have not seen anywhere else!))) I am very pleased with the result. Now my wipers look like new! Please subscribe to my channel and leave feedback!...

Rusty CAR BODY Restoration. I used MMA inverter (Stick WELDER) + Paint ROLLER
Переглядів 1 млн2 роки тому
This video shows the entire process of restoring the rusty part of the car. I performed metal welding with an MMA inverter. The painting was done with a construction roller without professional equipment. This car two years later (3 winter): ua-cam.com/video/hBYmDf0SoyU/v-deo.html I'm happy with the result! Thank you for watching.
I made a 4G LTE antenna (1800 MHz) with my own hands. Internet works!
Переглядів 69 тис.3 роки тому
In this video I will show you how I made 4G antenna with my own hands. The Internet did not work at all before! Distance to the station of the mobile operator is about 13 km (about 8 miles). This antenna is designed for 1800 MHz frequency. If you like this video, please click like and subscribe to my the channel! p.s. English is not my native language, but I will try to learn it. If I made a mi...
Mano, como que conecta essa antena no celular?
Isso no Brasil, chamamos de gambiarra!! 😟.
Hello, what do you apply with a brush after welding?
Is your simcard inside the modem?😮
Well done. Love the no music, no narration style. Clear and to the point. Lotta work done here...
Thank you!👍
The one thing I’ve never understood is the back side isn’t protected and will start rusting quickly. How do you solve that
It’s like an army tank down there now 😂❤😂
See Yorkshire Car Restoration for the right way, but not bad for an amateur repair
Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely check it out.😉
Are you using yellow Zinc Chromate etch primer on the bare metal? That what I used back in the 1980’s but i think its banned in UK now for toxicity reasons, but it worked great on World War Two aircraft, you can see when they pull them out of a lake.
Hi! It was a regular yellow 2k epoxy primer. I used it for extra protection against corrosion, although the metal was zinc coated on both sides.
whats that yellow stuff
It was 2k epoxy primer😉
It has been a long time Alex how are you good friend ? Are you happy in your new workshop ? An excellent demonstration of your new skills .Another Video soon please and happy christmas to you .
Hi Mark! I'm so glad you wrote! Honestly! I'm fine, thank you! How are you? I hope you're fine too!? I had to go through a very difficult period in my life. Some problems still remain! I'll work on them! I've been renovating this garage all summer to record this video!)) I'll try not to disappear for so long. And record videos not only with the car! Happy christmas to you too😉👍
@@lebecky_restoration Thank you for your reply Alex.I am glad you are happy in your workshop.I have had some mental health issues and trying to work through them.Your videos are always good to watch and I always look forward to them.Take care and best wishes to you.Mark
Thanks Mark! I am wishing you all the best for a swift recovery👌
How on earth do you know what metal for what and where to get the right metals, this does not look like work for the average joe😅 great job tho, but you wont get far if you dont put the tank bk on 😂😂😂
Hi! At that moment I used the welding machine only twice! Honestly!😉 I picked up the metal from old pieces that I found in my garage! I only had to buy the outer cover!👆
@@lebecky_restoration impressive
actually great work. But if you don't use a rust converter, the rust is guaranteed to come back. Before you paint it, the flash rust must be treated with rust converter
Thanks for the feedback! I'll take that into account in my future work!😉👍
Man, you are not fixing a car! You are crafting an art piece. I bet the rigidity and strength of the unibody dont meet but exceet the factory specs. Bravo!
Thank you friend for your comment! I wish you all the best! Good luck😉👌👍
What is the type of iron?
I made this antenna from regular steel! After a year it got a little rusty but it works fine😉
Has anyone made this? Does it work?
Hi, should i make 2 of these if my router has 2 antennae and suports MIMO?
No 1 is enough
I also think that one is enough👌
How the fuck is buddy doing with stick and not burning through
After watching this I think I’m going to sell my truck
Всё нормально сделано , но зачем электродом варить , нет полуавтомата ?
They didn't have mig welding in the 50s through the 70s so stick welding was the only way
Well he must be pretty good
Thank you!😉👍

6013 1.6mm 50 60 amp
Can you tell me the grade of electrode uses and approximate amperage? Is this 6013?
Hi! In this video I used 2.0 mm electrodes, but I think that 1.6 mm would be better (I could not buy 1.6 mm) I did from 40 to 60 A. Where I used thick metal (1.5 -1.7 mm), I set about 55A. Where I used thin metal (the outer panel is less than 1.0 mm.) I reduced it to 40A. But this device, has an easy start and at the beginning of work, it increases the current strength automatically. That is, even if you set 40 A, then in the first second, the device can increase even above 80A!( There's nothing you can do about it. This is a device with an easy start and such, probably 95%. I worked just like that. If you manage to find a device without an easy start, then I hope that it will be possible to install 40A for example and it will be 40A. And weld very fast! p.s. Really, I am not a professional welder. I don't have much experience. Before this, I only welded metal fence for the house (3 days)))) Good luck😉
Must be a labour of love, I thought I was bad. Taking out my wheel liners and descabbing my w203 rear arches. This is next level

а что за желтая мастика? для чего она?
Dodgy that 😂
Everything is fine👌😀
Magnesium sacrificial anode to prevent rust so you do not have rust.

Imagine him with a HF 90 flux welder....lol he would be in heaven
Oh yeah😇👌
salem Thanks for this awesome antenna for the 1800 MHz frequency. I noticed while watching the video that the S parameter was 13.6. However, when you took the measurements with the slide rule , the S parameter was 10.3. The same goes for the second feed, where the S parameter was also 10.3. So, I'm wondering if the S parameter is 10.3 mm or 13.6 mm I need the answer because I made one based on S=13.6 thank you
Hi friend! Everything is correct, it should be 13.6 mm. On my slide rule 0 is not from the very beginning and that is why it seemed to you that there were 10.3 mm.
what the name of the yellow stuff ya put on the car
It's 2k epoxy primer
What county this?
I saw your video a few years ago, im a at home fixer myself, it doenst need to be perfect, i mean look at it, it worked 👍still a good job, and you can fix it up if it gets a little rusted again with not too many work, not so much work as you did before.
Thank you! I will try to release a similar video!)😉
Can i use food aluminium tin for it
I haven't tried it, but I think it should work
Nice work !! How much time did it take ?
I did this for 2 hours a day for about 8-10 days.
Nice work boy
Thank's😉👍
Aw3som3 work
Thank you for your feedback😉👍
A paint roller no way haha
😀😀😀
Nossa! Espetacular o serviço! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
What electrode did you use?
Hi! In this video I used 2.0 mm electrode, but I think that 1.6 mm would be better (I could not buy 1.6 mm)
what kind of cable did you use?
Hi! I used coaxical cable, 75 Ohm!
there will be a lot of women free they got no mate ...all gone to sleep
😢😢😢
А че, так можно было? Валиком навалил и сойдет
I'm Happy to see people like me ! repairing car with basic stuff :) Thank's for your video :)
Thank you for your feedback😉👍
Fantastic, what Rust Converter did you use? Cheers
I don't remember anymore my friend! The simplest converter that was sold in the store
What size of Threaded Bar you use 6 or 8?
