Enhance your laundry experience with this guide to increasing the water level in an energy star or high efficiency front load washer like the LG 3400. Graying white laundry led me to the conclusion that a low water level was decreasing the effectiveness of this washer. I have had front-load washers for 20 years, but never before experienced this problem. I was ready to trash the washer, but decided to try this strategy as a last ditch attempt to get cleaner laundry. After one load with four towels, the washer seems to be working better. I will do a full load of laundry and then finalize the adjustment on the water lever with hopes of getting cleaner clothes. Please make any adjustments at your own risk. This may void your warranty and result in more water and energy use.

Replacing a Subaru key fob battery is fast, easy and inexpensive. The CR2032 or 2032 battery is inexpensive and readily available. If you have a small blade screwdriver, a little patience and five minutes, you can do this yourself at your kitchen table. This car is a 2021 Outback, but most all Subarus of the same era follow the same procedure.

Bifold doors often fail because of wear on the pins and their supports that allow the doors to pivot. An inexpenisve fix can be found in the form of metal plates, available online or at Home Depot for about $5. More supportive metal corner brackets are available as well. This is an inexpensive and successful repair of an almost new LG Dryer, model DLE 3400W, that stopped heating just after the one year warranty expired. This is a machine highly recommended by consumer reports. I certainly would not recommend it.
