    This is like my relationship with art and writing, which I have no justification for, it is very special to me. ... The subjective world that is full of free consciousness is priceless.

    True perfection has to be imperfect.

  • @yvesalya3914

    Idealism is also a hidden desire to put the interior in order, so that we can solve our problems in our relationship with the outside

  • @yvesalya3914
    @yvesalya3914 2 дні тому

    In addition, the idea of perfection has no meaning, or does not exist. It is a personal plan to be in the best possible form in our relationship with reality. ... The universe does not care about perfection, does not care about the meanings we add to reality. This is just an individual expression of the self, like art. ... That is why the individual plan is an exception and not an objective rule. But it does us justice and its results are amazing like magic ... That is why the exceptional and genius people who have passed through the world have an angelic impact.

  • @yvesalya3914
    @yvesalya3914 2 дні тому

    We live in a cycle of misunderstanding, and because people are stuck in what matters to them, it is really necessary for the individual to become able to define his feelings out loud. But, this must be coupled with understanding the self and its requirements, the goal, the standard must be determined. Separate your personal world and thoughts from the outside world first.

    Striving for perfection is a form of certainty we give ourselves. ... But there are moments when I allow myself to play with what I have, and let nature creep into my being without interference, as an element of balance. ... Striving for perfection is making sure that we are doing justice to ourselves, especially in a world full of challenges and chaos.

    I know my emotions are not stable, they are kinda inflammed, I have exagratted anger that is not proportional to the triggers, I know this is due to deep shame and long repression. So do u recommend expressing these distorted emotions as well?

    • @yvesalya3914
      @yvesalya3914 2 дні тому

      I think you should understand yourself more before you express. You should understand your inner world, why are you angry, what are the emotional wounds that you have neglected. ... Start from a bad memory, or pay attention to the triggers, when understanding and awareness, you may not need to rely on others to understand or consider you. The problem inside you may be solved automatically just by understanding and containing it. ... If you have standards such as respect or boundaries, express them of course without shame, so that others can understand you.

    This is so true and can really enrich relationships. Self expression gives other people more opportunities to understand and can motivate behavior we wish to see in others. Furthermore it requires to engage with one's own emotions. As a guy, I really struggled with expressing my emotions in the past, because of negative experiences, but I felt miserable suppressing my needs and was terrible at stating my boundaries.

    That thing I keep going back to is addiction to a specific drug. I relate to what you are saying although you aren’t talking about addictions. Anyway, it’s true that there are still things I have been delaying that keep motivating me to go back to my drug. I need to have the courage to face my fears and do the required work to overcome my addiction.

    I had a good therapist who explained this to me. He would say, “not everything is negative.” And he’d point out my positives. My childhood filters colored my perspective to 💯 negative. That’s the negative environment I was influenced by. Once I believed life is balanced, I began to see and believe the good things. Once I realized good things did happen to me, I got happier and more grounded. I felt better and I carried this with me for life. Good video.

    adxd symptoms are chaos, and the endless struggle to grab onto some semblance of order permeates everything...i come to a screeching halt at the cliff of "am i meant to be?" because i will not pass my pain onto loved ones, but everything feels like a story I was never meant to be a part of...i welcome the day my spirit leaves this body and goes to be reconciled to its Creator...the body will have finally succumbed to the chaos it fought for the duration of its fleeting existence, and the spirit will have finally been subsumed by the divine order it longed for all of its days

    For me, I fell in love with the path itself, because I know that what I do is extraordinary, like magic. ... Every stage of development has a peak moment, where things happen like magic, that's why I stopped doubting because I know what usually happens. ... Especially when it comes to goals that are long-term, they need time to mature subconsciously, and in reality as well.

    I always sacrifice my thoughts about those around me, because I know that what I wish for in them is a beauty that already exists in my world, in my vocabulary, in my world, in my lens. ... People's excessive subjectivity also traps them with their personal judgments about you. No one sees you as you are unless you share many things in common subconsciously.

    Damn.😮 I feel that. I can see a few ways to take this I clicked on this thinking this was going to be some entitled individual who was promoting how they deserve all their blessings.....it is no such thing.❤ My take away.... Get out of your own way, and accept that you can have positive results for living well and being consistent! ... I guess there is also never having had opportunities, and not knowing how to take advantage. There is also having been manipulated, tricked, scammed, or financially abused (really most abuse takes self worth with it and muddies the emotions, right?) by trusted individuals So cool. It's tough sometimes. Especially if there is a necessary relook at reality from the one given as a kid, and self change is required. At some point, with practice, there is a new normal, and different results will follow! Give yourself some slack and enjoy, to the best of your ability. I wish you good things.

    In my opinion, separating the self from the opportunity is necessary. The mentality of fear of missing out explains the person's inability to achieve psychological independence.

    Feeling called out after I tried my hardest to be a chemical engineer after I graduated with the degree… but turns out I hate being a chemical engineer! Multiple jobs I hated making my life miserable before I realized it’s time to do something new.
