I really enjoy watching your videos, I like you're personality and with regards of your thought process (struggles, not doing something whilst knowing it would be a step forward) is familiar to me.. Having said that - I still believe (and experienced) is getting rid of stuff that is not absolutely necessary, really used all the time (not maybe one day in the future) is key. 3 boxes of office stuff is from the outside a good example.. Getting help from someone (with a clear view and voice) can be an awsome help. Best of luck.

Just think you can have your first cup of coffee in the morning at your new table. A couple more boxes a day and the couch will fit in to the living room too! So happy for you, the table and chairs match the baker's rack. Be safe 💖💖

Living in a messy apartment doesn’t help. My daughter has bad mental health problems. We cleaned her car inside and out. I help with her bedroom. A cluttered mind and home doesn’t work.

If you're able to and in a state that allows it, try weed for your migraines. It's the ONLY thing that's ever instantly relieved my pain and throwing up.

As a fellow migraine sufferer, I find that messing with muscles in the neck area can actually cause a migraine.

Anything would be more and not having a space putting them in the storage and do what makes u comfortable ,so the Halloween is coming up do small and comfortable like mini Halloween ✨️
