Tomato powder is a popular way to store tomatoes for long term pantry storage. Some popular items that can be made with it are tomato paste, tomato juice, tomato sauce and ketchup. I'm going to make all 4 in this video and do an actual taste test! For my preference, I love reducing food waste, growing as much on your own as you can and finding creative ways to preserve the harvest - but if it doesn't taste good, lol, I'm out.
