Hey mate, random comment somewhat, but if you've been struggling to fix the issue with your fonts (e.g. at 0:11), look for a setting called "Multi-channel Signed Distance Field" (MSDF). MSDF tries to generate textures out of the glyph vectors for more efficient rendering, but can't handle glyphs with overlapping polygons, which is what creates the negative space. MSDF can be great for scaling, but is finicky - and shouldn't matter too much for pre-rendered output (typically more useful for real-time rendered text). If the results are poor without it, you can manually fix the font; reach out and I can give you some advice! I recently spent a week dealing with the same issue, and thought I'd share :) Keep up the good work!
