Love that way of painting tarnished armor, it's a great simple method of doing TMP without doing it by the books.

Very cool theme. If you're looking to make them very unique I find that helmets and shields variety do the trick a lot of times. I would try kitbashing shields to give them unique coat of arms

Would love to have a story about Deathwatch facing off against a body horror infected Space Marine team like these. Also, as a lover of Gravis armor, the idea of flying melee Gravis marines is amazing.

HERSEY the emperor spacemarines can never be infected. xd they do look danm intressting. Have you ever seen those infected troops in Starcraft 2? the Terran got a bit similair looking space marine but. They kinda look like a walking corpse with zergling corruption from the body like a infection took em over and manipulated the host and infected the whole body and then it bursted out of al creves of the armour . Maybe worth a look for a add-on for you're army. for insperation.
