Those houses and the community is absolutely beautiful! The only downside to it is the location. I'm not sure if anything is worth having to drive on highway 380. it's not worth the headache and hit on your mental health lol. we've been here 10 years and somehow it's even worse than it was when we first moved here, despite being told it would get better. Our neighbors and so many people have come and gone over the years because of the intense traffic. We had thoughts of moving too, but supposedly their plan to make 380 better will be complete in a couple years so we're holding out. im curious to see it would be any better in the prosper/aubrey/little elm area when it's done, cause boy that 380 should take 100k off any house just right off the rip. despite that, love your vids preston keep doing your thang!
@@temporarydream Yes, 380 is definitely the one downside to the area.. The expansion of 380 and the Dallas North Tollway should help. These areas are the fastest growing in the nation so it’s tough to keep up. Especially due to all the commercial projects along with housing. Don't like all the white walls and bright windows. I lived in Dallas for 23 yrs and it gets hot there. Windows need to be tinted. And, who's cleaning those super high ceilings? Not me honey.
@@JaneJ993 Not sure how old your home was l, but they don’t tent new windows because they don’t need it. Electric bills are under $200 in the summer on these large new homes. Why would you need to clean your ceiling? I’ve never needed to that?
