I am having a hard time connecting with my parents ever since the Gaza genocide. My mom, a Christian, not knowing anything about Islam has no sympathy for the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza, simply because they are Muslims. It made me really really shocked and also very disappointed. Although I am not a Muslim yet, still learning and understanding the religion, I find it unbelievable that one would not feel horrified or saddened by the atrocities all these innocent men, women, and children are going through just because of the religion. Somehow when it comes to Israel, it is a big taboo to criticize or condemn them for their wrongdoings. Feeling betrayed, as they taught me to be kind and empathetic, I just cannot put myself to really believe they are my parents, and they somehow think they are superior to others because they are Christians. What should I do?

Must say muslim women have made it very complicated for their husbands to keep their heads up and live in peace. They are involving in everything their parents and when men does the same they say your parents are not important. Specially Pakistani women, dont know what they think of themselves. You first marry a men in which your family is involved and her family and after marriage all of sudden its only about her parents because your parents are garbage. From deciding the name to how you want your husband to do every household work to interferring on how you earn(unless you are earning haram). What a garbage culture they have made and they then defile the name of Islam. sometimes men have no choice but to leave their parents so that they dont have to divorce their wives. I curse these types of so called cultures.

My man forces me to talk to his family more than himself. What he wants is I shouldn't talk much to my parents but should take care of his parents. He is ready to compromise his time with me so that I and him can individually give time to his family.

It's a great test indeed. Sometimes I feel I am pushing my family away when I do my due diligence in Islam. Other times I feel that making dua for them is pointless. But subhanAllah ta’ala, I keeping making dua for them and for sabr because guidance is from Allah.

My dad is doing favoritism, he neglects me, he does not help me financially even though he has the means to do so, I am unemployed and I suffer enormously to the point that it affects me mentally, please make duaa for me brothers and sisters

It even stresses me out but she won’t hear it and now she wants to come live here permanently. She’s always saying she’s not a bother to anyone but just her presence can be stressful. I don’t know what to do.

25 here naver dated, only focused on goals and career till I find a man of good character. I did find we never met in really life. but he rejected me because he is not healed from his past experiences. This reason is very invalid for me but I had no choice but to respect his decision and move on. How about Indian Mother In laws Literally Threatening the Daughter in law in front of the Husband, saying I need Grand Children and I'll wait for sometime more, If I don't get Grandchildren soon, I'll get my Son Re-Married as a Second Marriage to someone else who can Reproduce and give me Grand Children! And Discussing Infertility issues with all Her Extended family in an open forum to humiliate the Daughter in law! I personally know a Sister who's Mother in law actually got her Son Re-Married for the THIRD time, and got the Husband and Wife separated after Nikah within a Year as none of them Conceived!
