Roads were a bit nasty, but the car feels good. I'm thinking during the spring time I might redo some of the suspension bits. I also have to replace my bumper cover, that's a long story...more to come!

The car has an oil and coolant leak that we will be looking into. In the next video, we will go into more detail about the cars history and what modifications it has. We will begin disassembly to locate the leaks also! This is going to be a f...

Hello. Thank you for review. I drive the base 3.6 liter. And I love it. But the the thing is that I’m mad about the front bumper look of the SRT ❤😊. Say supposing I installed the front bumper, I wonder what I’d have to do with the side trims ? Would you say I’d have to get fender flares as well ?
@@ilkinn7 I’m not 100% sure on that one man. I don’t know how much they have changed over the generations but I don’t think it’s impossible. People put dodge charger kits on old Magnums to update their looks.
What happened?? Where's the rebuild??
i suscribed. I love the cub cadet better than echo and all.
I watched the first part.would be better if your going to be restoring thise old saws is to get 2-3 good wheel pullers or make them up.have ti be carefull you dont destroy the treads on the crankshaft.alwaws leave the nut on the end of the crank shaft when your pulling your flywheel helps so the treads or end of the crank gets distorted or treads ruined bro.doing good so far god bless.😂
I have one of these weedeaters that has a whining noise when idling.any ideas on why ?
the car passenger side airbag cover color looks different. Looks like it was in a front collision before
@@junzhang2087 Maybe. It did have a cracked windshield when I first got it. I sadly don’t own this vehicle anymore, wish I still had it. I am looking to get a project car again soon. I actually recorded a short video today that I will be uploading soon. It’s been awhile haha.
I had a 1993 Nissan Maxima SE automatic It was my high school car But it ended up dying in 2014 Sat outside for too long and just couldn’t live anymore
Gorgeous! I have a dark green 1998 SE automatic that's been in my family since 2002, it was my mom's car until she got too old to drive. It's not as good cosmetically as yours because it sat in the Texas sun for so long and the rear spoiler got broken off in a car wash (still have it in the trunk to reattach sometime), but mechanically it's still young, 153,000 miles. I don't plan on ever letting it go.
it’s a very good sport sedan. Reliable and roomy.
I have a dark green sunburned 1996 SE Nissan Maxima automatic with 207k miles with Stillen body panel kit, also have a white 1999 Maxima GXE, recently installed a Stillen front spoiler, but will install a rear trunk aftermarket oem style wing spoiler
No step wedge budd?
Question. Where is the nearest gas station? 🤔😅
Nice . Doing the same sort of job now .
i have one of these now i wish i could shoiw you the progess ive made on it
Love the car but it can't be a GLE with a 5 speed. This is an SE.
I have to fix mine, its been sitting in the garage for a couple of years!
That's an SE, not a GLE. Which is a good thing.
some 95 and 96 5 speeds are marked as GLE, i thought mine was a SE but i took it to the dealership and they ran rhe vin, Came up as a GLE
@@alex-qp4by I don't see a single indicator of it being a GLE. Possible they mistook the "E" in the VIN for a "V".
I have a pearl white 1995 maxima GLE. Love it. I added more electrical ports. And changed out the center dash for a 98 model with a flip top and larger drink holders. Great cars for the money.
I had a 96 so did my dad he had the se 5pd With the white gauges and 03 maxima wheels it was black it had a sunroof and a cai I loved my 96 it was auto but still a good car but that se was so much better these engines last forever I got rid of mine but he kept his till around 290k miles and it still ran great besides it needing suspension work it ran great
👍👍👍 mad respect for clapping your feet twice before entering!!! I do the exact same thing! Great video! You should do a review on a 14-21 whichever, I'd like to hear what you think of those.
Still have no ideal where the fill line is

Want! 💪
Definitely a sick ride!
I miss mine 😢r.i.p max 🥲😞
hey just came across this video. I have a car literally identical to this. I was wondering if u cud tell me how to change the manual transmission fluid. or maybe it doesn't need to be done but it's been sitting for awhile and it has 160,000mi
How did you record this while driving?
I might get a 2000 manual maxima, would you say the transmission and clutch make this a good daily?
If I could tell you one fun thing to try. Remove your intake filter and leave the lid propped. Take it down a nice clean road and enjoy the sound of that beautiful motor. Mine lasted unfiltered for 680,000 km ish. Loved that car black on black fully loaded with manual 5. Roasted all my tires to the belts with her, always trying to kill her because I got it for free from a family friend who was junking it at 375km. Fix those struts. My springs snapped in the front which is what killed her but otherwise it was a solid engine till the end.
Do you know who owns the cars now?
Hi. Love this car. Do you still have it?
I do not sadly, I sold it for money for a down payment on a WRX.
Size of fuel line ?
Your content is very nice, Can talk with you about growing your channel...?
Hey thanks so much I’m glad you enjoy! I’m currently trying to move to a new state that’s why I haven’t been posting much, but I plan to make more content soon. Maybe in the future!
Great job, i have two of these saws both have the broken plastic recoil part, Brett
Would love to have one but they’re theft magnets unfortunately all mopars are
Yes you’re absolutely right. I live in a semi big city and I see them broken into more than one would think
I live in Detroit yes that Detroit no one is immune to this fact not in the city, suburbs or the plants themselves
The eight speed transmission in the newer model SRT really improved the performance over the older five speed. 👍👍👍
Sounds like a deleted catback, i prefer FA20 sound than STI EJ one. My friend have done a straight pipe setup and when i follow him i can hear the turbo whistle in his exhaust, so satisfying
I love the sound of both haha, but the FA20 dose pop and bang like bastard it’s very entertaining. All I have is a Nameless Muffler delete, it’s great! My buddy has a 2013 STi with the same system as me so expect a POV very soon!
@@mynameisjonas7967 I agree my friends 2019 WRX does big bang and shoot flame due to his straightpipe. He have Lachute performance 3 inch catless downpipe, stock mid-pipe and 3 inch muffler delete from the same brand as his downpipe. And i'm excited for the next pov, you won one more subs. Also, i will probably buy one of these. Oh and for information i am from Quebec in Canada and the brand of the exhaust setup that my friend have is a local one where i live.
@@GHOSTERING Haha that’s crazy I live in Plattsburgh NY USA which is south of Montreal. Yeah I plan to do more soon! Thx for the Sub!
What camera / setup did you use for this?
I’m using a GoPro Hero 8 Black with a head mount. I’m so tall I have a hard time getting the camera angles right, but I’m working on it haha.
where did you get the wood handle?
Honestly I’m sorry I don’t quite remember, but probably from some hardware store. Thx for watching!
Sounds like me after Taco Bell
Spicyyy
Test driving one tomorrow
Did you get it?
How would you engage the paddles
Put the car in manual mode then shift with paddles
My first car. Lasted me 4 years bought at 194k miles!!!
Is that handle still holding up good did a good job I approve
Oh yes! It’s doing great!
It don't have to be fancy to be cool 👍
Don't you have a angle iron grinder? I could grind those burs off in no time. and flat the head. Can even polish it to a mirror finish
I’m looking to buy one
I have one and I love it
How’s it been so far I wanna get one
Good old school saw. I see on its left side, it's built like a Stihl 070/090. The position of the fuel tank, etc. Good job on it.
First car in 2006 was a 96 maxima, had a 02 after that. Still one of my favorite cars. I just went full circle and bought a 96 r33 skyline I'm getting soon, excited to be back in a Nissan.
Pleasure in the job, puts perfection in the work. 👍
I’m looking at a 95 model with 148000 is there anything I should look for when I go test drive it?
