Simply mill the outlet towards the cylinder head by 3 to 5mm and enlarge your inlet a little in width and height or, best of all, build it on a diaphragm. I estimate that your engine has around 6500 revolutions per minute and that is still not enough to get into the resonance area of the exhaust

I got a couple years messing with motorized bikes and I got a couple motorized bikes so yeah I got a little experience so maybe that helps me out a little bit better I don't know but I'm telling you can do it without zip ties

Hey bud that's a real good motor he got a real good engine kit for the bike I know cuz I bought one they are pretty damn good and that's not a computer for the motor that is a speedometer that tells you how fast you're going that's got to go on the handlebars and I've always done the sprockets on my rims on my back tires without zip ties I got my standards what you do is you do a triangle pattern first I learned off somebody else off UA-cam you don't need zip ties if you learn how to do it then you know the simple and easy way

Cap!, that ain't no 100 cc engine. Looks more like a 50 cc or lower. None the less its a pretty cool idea, but the way those kits attach the rear sprocket to the spokes it will destroy the wheel.

@Jonas_Newell marketed as a 100cc and I’ve never broken or bent a spoke with the rag joint so there’s that.
