I do like Tilda rice, tastes quite nice for packaged rice. Hard to go back to Uncle Bens!

They're value for money. All the curry from places like home bargains, heron, Iceland etc the cheaper ones are all pretty much the same. They are better when you get ones like madras though as that's more spice than creamy so it works better as a cheaper curry. When you get something like butter chicken they're often a bit meh because they can't obviously use the proper ingredients as it costs more. So you did well picking madras.

There okay them curries from Home Bargains you should try the chicken Pakora from the same people at Home Bargains £2 for 10 pieces which is okay for two people with a bit of salad and some mint yoghurt as a snack or starter or eat them all if your a greedy pig. It is chunks of real chicken not minced chicken that you would get from Aldi.

Hi Steve. I've been watching your reviews for a few weeks now after stumbling across one of your videos and now I watch them daily. I saw a new range of Pringles today called "Pringles HOT!" I haven't tried any as I don't really like spicy food; wonder if they're any good, maybe they're some you can try in a video

Sounds lovely what’s not to like.I use to make all three of those sorbets,the coconut all I used was good quality coconut milk5 cans,3 cans of coconut cream which is sweeten,salt,and lime juice,mango was made with scrapes of mango leftover from making mango tarts,and bought frozen purée,salt,and lime juice,and passion fruit,was bought frozen purée,lots of sugar syrup,and water,it’s so strong that you need to water it down,or it gives you the sweats trying to eat it.😊

madness, that little chicken. I used to get these years ago "just stir fry!" bags of stir fry rice meat and veg. Always underwhelming. Bad quality rice, bad quality veg, bad quality meat and zero seasonings. "just add soy sauce" They were great 18 years ago from iceland when I was at uni, now I can actually cook food, it's not worth the freezer space!

Atm Aldi have got subway copy sauces. Worth a try if you've got an Aldi. Aldi also do the subway style bread. It's under the metro brand . Subway .. metro... Get it 🤣🙄. Anyway the chipotle mayo is awesome. It's what subway calls the southwest sauce, the only reason I goto subway. Might be worth a review some of the sauces maybe make a cheeky subway copy using the bread and ingredients from Aldi. Could probably get a pack of bread, a few sauces and then some fillings for numerous sandwiches for less than the cost of one sandwich from actual subway.

I think I’ll give this one a miss. Doesn’t look appetising to me. Although I have grabbed some mini heck burgers today in asda to give a try :-)

Hi ya , i went to idle earlier got a bag of of Kingstons cheese and jalapeno , they are nik naks . really like them but you need to eat a few to get a hint of jalapeno but nice , in the special bye bit , seen that what you've tried dont think i'll bother

The meal is dire really the sandwich didn't look as if they had put enough butter in it and the filling your lunch should be an experience of nice thinngs that you want to eat

Interesting one this. Tbh a meal deal is just a convenience thing for me, so ill get one from wherever i am at the time. Its usually tesco or a co op. Sometimes i get a ginsters pasty as the snack, purely because its worth more and then ill have it when i get home. I did used to get sandwiches from Poundland as they were decent for the money and then id have a 6 bag of crisps in my bag and then just get drinks that were usually two for £1. But i dont venture near a Poundland these days. Asda do 3 for 2 deal (or they did last time i went in) so you can get two sandwiches if you want and then a drink. Obviously cheapest free.

I have their meal deal every other day. I choose the egg and ham sandwich., always great. ginster slice or pasty, and a chocolate milkshake👍🏻👍🏻

Cheapest meal deal is Tesco. Ham sandwich, small Tesco’s own brand water, ready salted crisps. Works out less than £3.

Well it fills a gap what do you want for £3 in this day and age it would cost twice as much or more from Burger King or Mcdonalds.

i've watched so many of these Greggs to goo to go bags and so i raced to get one today for the first time. I feel incredibly conned. its didn't weigh a thing.I only got a mexican chicken baguette, a chicken and bacon sandwich and 2 doughnuts despite the shop having loads of food on display . I think the staff were taking most home as there was a huge pile of boxed goods on the counter.

Looks ok for a decent lunch , if they do these at Poundland Blackpool ill try these 👍

Sounds like a pretty decent price

Morrisons used to do a great deal at lunch time on their salad bar. Sadly they seem to have removed the salad bar from many stores. Only they know why.
