LOL, I had the exact same time trying to find the cooking instructions. I cooked mine per instructions and it was much crisper than what you showed. You should check the temps in your oven. Oh, that said, just remembered I stored mine in the fridge because I didn't have the space for it in the freezer (they really are massive) so it was defrosted. BUT, I tend to defrost my frozen pizzas anyway and cook at a higher temperature for less time so the base and toppings are browned but the insides haven't turned to biscuit. (I would still check your temperatures - that doesn't look cooked for 15-20 minutes in any oven that doesn't have Fisher-Price on the front.)
Hi Steve,I have never bought a pizza that tasted sweet.Did you manage to save a bit for breakfast,it’s the perfect cold start to the day.What do the sausages on pizza taste of in the UK,here they are Italian sausages,and main taste is fennel,and Italian seasoning.😊
All the sausage on pizza over here tastes different, there's not one specific taste
The 26x38 is more likely the size of the packaging than the pizza itself!

Good value with loads of toppings, my kind of pizza. Shame I can't buy it, however, I will tell my friends to check it out...
