Verses 29 and 30 are all describing the attributes of the men laying with mankind. We also have never said that young kids, who are being brainwashed in school, are reprobates. Genuine faith produces good works. You are right in saying we are saved by faith alone but if that faith doesn't result in good works and you turning away from a sinful godless lifestyle, then you don't have genuine faith in Jesus and as such, are not saved.

That is such a bizarre interpretation of Jonah 3:10. God didn't destroy Ninevah BECAUSE the people "turned from their evil way..." They repented, turned, changed (look up the meaning of the Greek word methanol in the New Testament. It is usually translated "repent" and it means to change one's mind. Also... In Acts 2:37-41 what did Peter command those who were "pricked in their heart" by the words of the Apostles? V38 "Then Peter said unto them, REPENT and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ... And, speaking of Romans... read on through chapters 5 and six. Paul's message through all of Romans is one continuous discourse on faith and repentance and the necessity of both. It includes the question he asks at the beginning of what we see as chapter 6. 6:1-2. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we that are dead to sin, live any longer there in? Paul was very clear through out Romans that sin was to be abandoned by those who would be followers of Christ.
