The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven are the same
‭Matthew 19:23-24 KJV‬
[23] Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. [24] And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Verse 23 uses the words "Kingdom of Heaven"
Verse 24 uses the words
"The Kingdom of God"
Parallel passages in the Gospels show that the Kingdom of God is the Kingdom of Heaven
‭Luke 13:18-19 KJV‬
[18] Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it? [19] It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

It's interesting to note 2 things.
In the case of the Kingdom of God, Jesus spoke of the Kingdom of God as coming unto the people and within their midst when Jesus is casting out demons by the power of God and when it will come

[28] But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
‭Luke 17:20-21 KJV‬
[20] And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: [21] neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
It also stands to reason one can say
The Kingdom of God as
God's Kingdom
And Heaven is God's Kingdom
God rules over heaven. Therefore, The Kingdom of God is the Kingdom of Heaven
