There's a Wizard101 bug where sometimes you'll see wizards in combat just standing with a idle animation. Unsure why this happens. Sometimes if you join the bugged wizard they won't even do the casting animation and the spell animation will skip.

Kinda crazy cause i was also in a wizard 101 family. I was a son and my mom and dad would fight a lot and make me leave the house sometimes when they argued. Later on my mom ended up hating my dad and confessing her feelings for me and wanting to start a new family with me and her. I was about 10 years old at the time lmao Kinda wild to think about now

He had fair and interesting points on all the spells he mentioned except the ice absorbs. The absorbs are stackable ice is meant to tank. They give them 2 different ones on purpose to absorb the most damage possible

Not sure if you’ve covered this already but there used to be a pet snack that was level 0 and gave no stats when fed to pets and it was just called “Bread”. It was sold by a vendor in Mirage. I guess there was some community backlash for this useless item and now it has been changed to be a level 1 pet snack called “Fortified Bread” and it used as an ingredient for a mega snack. Turns out this item was created by the dev Decius. He told me in discord conversation about 6-7 years ago, I might still be able to find the convo. Anyways he just made the item as a troll item because he thought it was funny, and was later forced to change it. Just something minor but I think it kind of interesting.

I remember when some kids magazine I was subbed to when I was younger had wiz codes included in each issue for a while. Don’t remember what magazine though.

I will say that while it'll eventually become redundant, Lightning Strike has actually been super handy as an early game Storm wizard. If you're using the Wand of the Seven Schools (with that nifty 5% accuracy buff) and cast it, your spells go from 70% accuracy to guaranteed. And while it's definitely pointless to use on low pip spells like Thunder Snake, adding it to your set up for a higher pip spell like Kraken makes dealing with bosses solo _much_ easier. It definitely has its place, minimal as it may be. That being said I'd have zero complaints if they did buff it, lol.

If only the game's company KingsIsle weren't complete degenerates in both matters of management of the game and their employees. Game would be peak if they were human. But they are greedy goblins with 0 insight and they are completely disconnected from their own game. Or should i say "product" . Unenlightened boomers.

just now watching this video in 2024, but for some reason i am able to go into the spiral geographic society archives, even though it was retired in 2010, which would’ve made me 5 years old at the time. Even though i have been playing the game for a longgggg time where i can’t quite remember what year i started, i doubt my 5 year old brain was old enough to beat malistaire, so i wonder if now in 2024 it has been reopened to everyone ? can somebody confirm or deny?

I missed the original Death Scarab from the Pokemon marathon, but I went on to win one in an even more obscure Ravenwood Radio drawing when the pet derby was released in which 3 people won their choice of a Death Scarab, Beckett Dragon, or the Feint Wolf.
