The 5600G & 5700G are amazing. I feel like the latest APUs are a bit of a regression, even though they have much higher overall performance. But, I'm glad they are finally out and being reviewed. Loki, do you plan on updating your content to the 8700G's benchmarks , or are you going to continue with the 5700G?
I'm going to release two more videos of the R5700G (with a third if the Elden Ring DLC comes out soon) then I'm going to move on to other hardware. I'm planning to get an R5800X3D and add another 16GB of RAM. I don't plan to switch to AM5 just yet. I think AM4 still has a lot to offer. I'll also be doing some video tests of previous-generation GPUs and new features like FSR3. If you have any special requests, don't hesitate to let me know. If I have the material in stock, I'll make videos on it.
@@LoKisTeN7 Wow, thank you. Ok, well , I recently upgraded my GPU to an RX 5700 (non-xt), which is identical spec-wise as RX 5600 XT, but with 8GB of vram. It would be neat to see what kind of performance that 5800X3D & either GPU (5600/5700), which ever one you might have on hand, can deliver.
So it depends on the graphics settings and the resolution, but with high settings I think you can achieve more than 144FPS in 1080P and more than 60FPS in 4K, and somewhere in between for 1440P.
