I ordered a "Crown" OPDA from Amazon and it looks suspicious. I want to be sure it's the right part before I put it in the Jeep! This is a quick video where I pull it apart and show the interior design (which is the reason you want the Crown part in the first place).

Replacement of the heater core on my 2005 Jeep TJ Unlimited (LJ). It should be the same process on most TJ Jeeps. Total Project time is approximately 5.5 hours. This is part 1 of 2, the second video being the reassembly.
