Thanks for putting these together. Super helpful for my LJ repairs. Not too bad of a job as long as you take your time and keep track of all of those screws / bolts. Finding that last screw on the core box was frustrating but after struggling for a while and rewatching your vid, poof, it was gone in a flash. Thanks again.

That lifter noise might be rocker arm pivots. Easy fix. I had a ticking noise that would come and go. Tried additives, etc.. No joy. Thought it might be a lifter and then found a UA-cam video that described the fact that pivots wear on these engines and need to be replaced. I replaced the push rods at the same time. Hey - I was in there - why not?

How do u put the evaporator hoses back on?
