"Toothless" Update - Powerstroke 7.3 sounds terrible - Bell Housing Noise

I've been asked a few times lately about the truck we call "Toothless" and how it's working out for my son. It's been making a TERRIBLE noise from the bell housing for the last few months and has been more or less parked. This is part 1 of 2 on the sound and what we found to be the issue that was causing it.

Sometimes, the drive plate of the torque converter is unscrewed. 🤔

I should have mentioned that I checked that before disassembly. All the torque converter bolts and nuts were tight. I was hopeful that might have been the cause of the noise.

2 years riding F-250. I realized that the best thing is a stick shifter.

My F350 is a stick and I love it! Nothing quite like jamming gears behind a 7.3.
