The FREAKIEST episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog
Today we are taking a look at the VERY popular episode "Freaky Fred" from the equally as popular show "Courage the Cowardly Dog"! Courage aired on Cartoon Network from 1999-2002. It had four seasons and each episode was split into two 10 minute segements. Freaky Fred is known as one of the SCARIEST stories to come out of the show. Despite Fred being just a normal guy he is one of the creepiest villains in the whole series. Fred comes to visit from a far away place to visit is Aunt Muriel. Muriel's dog Courage finds Fred to be insanely creepy (for good reasons) and when they both get trapped in a bathroom together Fred can't restrain himself and holds poor Courage down and tries to shave him. Will Fred succeed in Shaving him? Will Courage escape? WATCH TO FIND OUT!!

I remember loving this series back in the day. Such bizarre villains, such a faithful dog, all kinds of great episodes. I still think Eustace was the ultimate bad guy: endlessly abusive, lazy, greedy, ignorant, and incredibly self-destructive. At least Muriel was a good woman.
