Welcome!
Passionate about the NYC Subway and it's rich history, I am mostly making virtual throwbacks to a long gone era of the NYC subway, using a simple and free train simulator game called OpenBVE!
I'm focusing on the 1960s-1980s time period which was probably the most exciting and diverse era of the NYC Subway; ranging from bright and colorful subway cars of the 1960s, all the way to the gritty & graffiti covered trains of the 1980s, through the decline of the 1970s.
Basing myself off of existing reference and paying big attention to detail, I'm trying to capture as accurately as possible the various atmospheres of that era by modeling and texturing the subway stations and trains as close to real life as I can!
I am also developing a public Paris Metro add-on that will be available once completed! More info in related videos.
From time to time I also upload some bus and OMSI 2 videos. That's pretty much it!

NYC Subway 120th Anniversary OpenBVE Special: Railfanning at City Hall Loop from 1904 to 2024!
HAPPY 120th ANNIVERSARY OF THE NEW YORK CITY SUBWAY!!!
120 years ago, on October 27th, the first subway under Manhattan made its debut from City Hall to Harlem, known as the Interborough Rapid Transit !
To celebrate this, I have made a series of special railfanning videos at various original IRT stations that I have been recreating as best as possible, taking place from 1904 all the way to 2024! The purpose of these virtual railfanning videos is to depict the evolution of the NYC Subway in the course of 120 years: how did the subway stations change, and how did the rolling stock and its technology evolve overtime! Although some of the drastic rolling stock design changes and technology advancements took place on the B Division (BMT & IND), we will only focus on the A Division since it is the first official subway in New York City.
Perhaps we will look at the overall evolution across the two divisions at a future occasion.
This 120th Anniversary Railfanning series will include the following episodes:
• Episode 1: City Hall Loop Station (6 train)
• Episode 2: 125th Street - Broadway Station (1 train)
• Episode 3: 72nd Street - Broadway (1,2,3 trains)
• Episode 4: 14th Street - Union Square (4,5,6 trains)
• Episode 5: Times Square - 42nd Street (S train, ft. 1,2,3 trains)
The 2nd to 5th episodes will be released through 2025 as I’m still working on these stations and other projects that are higher priority.
NOTE :
- The Original Interborough Fleet (Composite, Hi-Vs & Lo-Vs) are still in their early development stages, expect inaccuracies and flaws.
- Some details may have been overlooked due to the limited amount of time I had to make these videos.

PLEASE NOTE: I unfortunately didn't have enough time to get the route as presentable as I wanted for this video, which I wanted to put out as soon as possible in the summer holidays. Reviving a long gone era of the NYC subway using OpenBVE, a simple train simulator game... I was recently going through my PC and came across some old BVE videos that I had completely forgotten about. Amongst them was this long film that I made back in 2018, showcasing the 1970s IND 8th Avenue Line I was working on at the time. It would have been similar to my well known 1988 Railfanning video ...

Ghost R143 From FNAF
How can it move it's own
30:03 🥵🤯💨
Of course, something weird always happens at 3:00am in Horror stories, in this case it's the R143 randomly turning on and moving on its own.
The spooky subway went on fire because someone threw a city bike onto the tracks and made contact with the third rail. That’s actually happened before.
What happened to R143 I was getting coffee ☕
R68/As were brand-new in 1988. Now, they’re to be phased out by another option order of R211Ts “open-gangways”to start delivery in 2027. The yellow-and-orange seat 75-foot SMEE cars are to say bye-bye soon.
La connexion américaine
I love your work 👍
This was good, the haunted subway r143 subway cars story line is genius. Need a part 2 please, how to stop the killer train cars
15:52 THAT SCARED THE F*CK OUT OF ME!!!
hell scary
SCARY
Normal people:😮😮😮😮 R42:Noooooooooo😭😭😭😭😭
Welmcome R143To fanf
Why didn’t you include the arrival of the R27s, R29s and R30s. There were two versions of the R33 originally manufactured: R33MLs “Main Line” and R33S or R33WFs “World’s Fair”. The R27s and R30s were the BMT Redbirds and the R26s, R28s, R29s, R33Ss, R33WFs and R36s were the IRT Redbirds. They actually became Redbirds in the 1980s when they were repainted into that signature dark red scheme earning them the nickname. IRT means Interborough Rapid Transit.
February 29, 1988 was the R-17 “SMEE” cars’ last revenue run on the 42nd Street Shuttle service.
Wow, nice seeing the Low Voltage cars at 6:00.
Gost143:let's kill people hehehehe wahahahahahahahah wahahahahahahahaha!
R143:I don't need no work train I can do it by myself workers:aaaaaaaàaaaaaaaàaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Can you link the yellow train?
I cannot wait for the Paris Metro release!
please make a public release for propulsion
hey i have a question, i know you cooked a great video but i am questioning about the object packs, like look at those tunnels they are simillar to the real world, also the tracks, the railway sleepers are 3d, where do you get these object packs, did you create them? are you gonna release it to the public?
Will there be a download link to the route? Or no?
Especially with slender Man on board
Also, sidenote there were strip maps that were made with the same type of coloring that the trains were and they were replaced on the metal piece that sticks out over the window and some photos. You can see it and some you can’t there was a recent rail fanner who was on the R 33 singles and they seen the strip map because they had just painted over it and I remember the photo vividly and if I have it in my gallery, I will send it to you via I think Twitter
